BUBBLEGUN: EPISODE 1 - Consumption & Flux: Attorneys At Law
🕑 Added 2025-05-12 16:43:23 +0000 UTCBoth Sanja and I have been a bit taken aback by the positive reaction to the Bubblegun announcement. I mean, it's nice! At the same time, we didn’t expect to feel any pressure…!
I hadn’t stopped to think that people might remember the original website – it ground to a halt 25 years ago! – but a lot of you do. Again, that's lovely. But this really is Bubblegun in name only – though when we took a look back through the website over the weekend, what we have planned for the coming episodes does kind of fit in with it.
Just bear in mind, we’re going to let it be its own thing, and evolve naturally. We have literally no agenda to it, aiming to keep it as loose and free as possible, to find our own way, rather than be locked into a format too early on.
Ep 1 is us talking in around a certain topic. We think it’s fun and funny, and very us, but y’know… early days. Let’s see how it evolves. We’ve recorded two more, on completely different topics.
It’ll be going out to the wider public on Wednesday; we did consider Mondays as the regular day, but we want to save that for whenever BYAMPOD comes back. And Thursday is Digi day. And Gannon would kill me if I went with Fridays.
So here you go: a new, regular, dose of Sanja and I talking absolute nonsense every single week.

Sorry it's taken me a while to catch up, love, love, love the new podcast, it's fab. You can't beat Sanja swearing 🤣👍, bills of death and random chit chat, perfect. Xx 😍 Ps I also had childhood nightmares about Pripsen. At school, they dosed us all, put me off Raspberry milkshake for life, utter rank. 🤢🤮

Listened to this last night while on the exercise bike in the gym, really enjoyed it, very hard trying not to laugh out loud in public! Also as I stayed on the bike for the whole episode rather than my normal 30 mins it was good for my health unlike the people on the list.
