Help me get new Hardware and Tools

Im trying to raise money so i could get a new Laptop and New Tools for creating content.
There's few reasons for it
1. 3D Models & 3D Art in General
I want to learn how to do 3D Modeling in Blender, Heck maybe even some animations with Valve's Source Filmmaker, with the current machine i have right now it is slightly limiting and there is alot of slow downs.
I can't make complex sculpts or the whole system starts to slow down then freeze.
2. Streaming
I Want to stream my drawing sessions to the world or friends, but i can't
my Laptop simply doesn't have the process power to do it.
3. I want to get a better Graphics Tablet.
My Current Deco Fun XS ins't horrible but its abit disorienting.
Since you have to place your strokes on your tablet screen that's presumably on your left while you have to look on a screen that's on your right. Sometimes your drawing can come out slightly skewed because of it
While using a Wacom Cintiq for example, its like drawing traditionally on a paper, since you can precisely see where you're placing your brush
4. I Just want to have more freedom to make things.
Currently i have 10 Commission slots open and i have to finish 4 Art Pieces, there's only so much i can get from Comms without having to basically overwhelm myself with tons and tons of commissions with alot of people having to wait for them. and there's the everyday supplies i need to buy so i get short even when on Comms.
I Really hate asking, SPECIALLY when it comes to stuff like buying or cash. but i can't do this Alone.
The New Laptop & Graphics tablet i plan on getting is a
Notebook Gamer Acer Nitro 5, which has a Ryzen 7, GTX1650 & 8gb of Ram
which is probably not a lot but its enough for me. I Can upgrade the ram to 16 or 32 down the line.
And
A Wacom Cintiq 16
Both Prices are are:
Acer Nitro 5 - 5.261 BRL
Wacom Cintiq 16 - 6.843 BRL
Which is around 12104.00 BRL or around 2231.60 USD.
To summarize, I've been wanting to get better Hardware and Tools so i can create amazing content.
I've been trying to get these upgrades own but it inst feasible.
Any Help would be appreciated.
