Did have one once. Or at least a dream briefly became lucid. I remember seeing a teacher in my house, and for some reason that made me realize "Oh, I'm dreaming", only for the teacher to respond "Yeah, but you're about to wake up, so it doesn't matter." And then I "woke up", but in reality had just been pushed into a dream of waking up that slipped me back out of lucidity.
