Alright. Here is my analysis. * Jasper's back and seems to be the main character of the comic. Always nice to see characters come back. * The big snake guy has the same color palette as the guy in "Try This!" (https://www.patreon.com/posts/try-this-91173704) Coincidence? Yeah probably. Maybe there's a giant magic snake dress code. * Also, could the big snake guy be Archibald Silvertail? After Blue Blazes, where the name was first mentioned, we got the moth guy from this https://www.patreon.com/posts/comic-47725541 but then Reggie's gramps was given the name "Archie", and given that it makes for sense for a mouse to have the name "Silvertail" than a moth, I thought it was pretty clear cut. But the snake guy called Reggie "Grayfur's boy", which seems to imply that Reggie's last name is Grayfur and not Silvertail. So it stands to reason that maybe the snake is Silvertail. Or maybe Silvertail is just on his mother's side. * I don't know why this random-ass snake has made me write so much, but given his large size and the height chart from the sketches, it seems like we're going with giant Salem too. * Reggie's gem on his robe is green. At first I thought that maybe the color of the gem depended on what type of magic you did, but the badger in the background has yellow eyes and a yellow gem, so it seems to be tied to eye color. Unless Eye color is also tied to magic abilities. * Reggie and Evelyn are seen eating cake. Probably baked by Reggie himself. * I wonder what magic Evelyn can do. So far, we've only seen her sorta-fly and breathe fire but I'm not really sure if that's actual magic or just things all kobold can do. Though maybe with her being seen imagining herself as a dragon, she's intentionally learning the most dragon-like magic abilities possible in order to become more like a dragon. *All in all, seems to be a pretty good start to the comic. Also I do wonder what other characters are coming back. Like Ellie, Maurice, Cy, Moth Archibald. We've already seen the spider in the sketch post, so seemingly one-off characters coming back is not completely off the table. Looking forward to the rest!
