I've been saying you need to skip to Season 5 or 6 probably to get thru the musicals and chicken fights. Doing 1 episode a week you guys will literally never finish since the show is still running

The Star Wars bit was a recreation of the medal ceremony that happens at the end of the first created Star Wars Movie (A New Hope).

family guy did three Star Wars parody episodes, like full blown parodies, they are incredibly funny, especially if you've seen the movies, they did three one hour long episodes, in season 6,8 and 9, they were very popular, they had permission from George Lucas to do the episodes, it would be fun if you checked them out outside of this series your doing, they are called ''Blue harvest'' ''Something Something Something Dark Side'' and '' It's a Trap''

The chicken fight stems back to da boom episode when the chicken gives Peter an expired coupon and they have a massive fight over it. The fight always leaves Peter walking away as the alleged victor but the chicken always comes back for his revenge at the most random times
