⌛ SpaceCorps v2.9.1 Teaser 4 - Week Skip ⏳
🕑 Added 2025-03-22 00:23:14 +0000 UTCAs I've mentioned before, Week 2 content is for Bisexual players who want to play every possible mission. Gay and Straight players will skip Week 2 entirely and move to Week 3 [don't worry - you won't be denied any main storyline!].
Naturally, I don't want Straight and Gay players to miss out on the stats that will help them attain the Branch requirements. This involves some slightly annoying code, and a bunch of maths that I probably got wrong 😅
I've therefore created 3 Paths:
The Path of the Warrior gives you Combat & Strength stats, and adds XP for Forward Infantry, FliteCorps, SecuriCorps & ServiCorps
The Path of the Scholar gives you Data & IQ stats, and adds XP for MediCorps & SciCorps
The Path of the Courtesan gives you Sex & EQ stats, and adds XP for Comfort Section & [THEREISNOEIGHTHBRANCH]
Only $10+ Patrons [Sergeants, Lieutenants, Captains & Majors] will get the Paths of the Scholar & Courtesan, as a perk of their higher tier. This doesn't mean that lower ranks won't be able to meet the requirements of the non-combat branches: just that it'll be trickier. Geek MC will ask you to enter the necessary password:

I've had to put Philmore on the backburner, sadly - his scene will appear, but the code took longer than I anticipated :(

The images are just indicative of the paths - there won't be any change to MC himself :) As for the points, it's all a balancing act with the current missions [and the points differ between gay and straight paths]. If week 3 has more SciCorps or EQ points, that would be reflected the next time you pick a path.

Ooh I play the bi path so I can see as much as possible but it’s interesting to see what gay and straight players will be seeing. Hope everything is going with the shower and the philmore birthday scenes.

Those paths aren’t exactly equal in point value… 10, 18, & 3? Gotta say I really prefer the regular MC.
