π 6-Year Anniversary Dev Diary #December 2024 π

And, boy, have we come a long way since then!
Back when I first released in December 2018, I had no idea how successful or long-running SpaceCorps would become. That first update was made on a π₯potato [I literally didn't have a graphics card on that old work desktop... and had to render individual parts on CPU before stitching them together in Photoshop]. It was only 600 images.
Fast forward, and SpaceCorps now boasts 25,000 images [well... once the v2.7.7 comes out later this December, anyway π] and averages around 1250 Patrons a month. There are 7 Spin-Off games, plus a host of short comics & other mad projects on the side. We've even made it to the end of the first week in game π
Your incredible support over the last 6 years has given me the space to commit fully to this project - and given me the funds to buy better assets and hardware, hire guest developers, and even feature a voice actress! And food. It's helped me buy food too π
So here's to you - and to the years of SpaceCorps which lie ahead! π
