Cousin Felix emerged triumphant in Semifinal 2... beating the popular Constable Ayewn by a comfortable margin of 237 to 184. I thought that deserved a bit of double Felix [see what I did there!], and had Dr Lazarus clone him.
Felix seems pleased with the outcome...

You can't unlock Felix in your stable yet, but you can see quite a few flashbacks of him [mainly if you talk to Cis in the bunks].

I think he is the scientist in a lab coat you can see fight the monster in ServiDeck. Also he is the "presenter" of the synthetic gallery/archive. (Could be wrong)
