Delving into the Personnel Files...

in the last post I told you a little about some of my plans for the UI - and while I'm waiting for a big fat load of images to render, I found a little time to mock-up one of my ideas.
This is a Personnel File - which will be accessed by clicking on a character in the Virtual Stable. The idea is let you refresh your memory between updates, and keep track of how you're doing with a character... your relationship level, what sort of sex you've had, and what endings you scored.
The endings should act as a sort of Spank Bank gallery - allowing you to replay the sex scenes by clicking on them. (I'm toying with the idea of letting Sergeant+ Patrons also view the alternate endings ๐).
You'll also see an Information section on the left. The idea of that is to record any important info about a character for later use. This could be important in IQ-building quizzes, adding passwords, and in dialogue options for seduction and blackmail.
Questions:
So what do you guys think? Remember that this is just a mock-up at present, so everything's still in play, but for example: Do you find this screen clear/understandable enough? Do you think this is a good feature to add? Do you think I've missed anything or should take anything away?

Doing the files might take a little time - def by the end of Phase 1 in a few months, but perhaps before (it'll only really take effect in fresh playthroughs, though - existing saves will prob leave some bits out!) I have a post planned about the stats - I was going to talk about it in January, but after a bit of thought, I had to hit the drawing board again! I think it's all ready to get feedback now, so prob before the end on the month ๐

When is this getting released? This is really good for game immersion. Also, I would suggest that we get a page for MC's stats. After the last update, I get a feeling that the points for Faith, Obedience and Tribalism impact the end game, so it would be good to know how much we have each of those. Plus a couple of MC's pictures.

I don't know if my comment is going to be seen, but perhaps an indicator showing what kinks/traits are needed to see some scenes with the character would be useful too?

Yeah. SecuriCam footage is a more fitting name. Iโd go with that.

I โค it. You should add them to the game. I just have an issue the term โspank bank.โ It is (for me at least) immersion breaking. Maybe a better term would: personal files, or personnel files, interpersonal communication files or something similar. Maybe something along the lines of the email sent to all employees by Fiora about the mc health check in the first scene.

Thanks Major! The plan is to do the dom/sub thing character by character - but I figure a lot of players will stay one or the other in a playthrough for consistency.

Yes it sounds like a terrific idea all around...the mock up does also create a number of questions for me though and confirms I need a dom MC path and a sub MC path.

Thanks Aaryn! ๐ lol - surprisingly little complexity in the coding involved to do this - which is good, because it's not my natural forte ๐ Most of it is image overlays that I'm going to trigger (just with if:) - so the main pain is going through and adding them all to the different routes! More difficult with the relationship points for the fellow cadets, but my trial run on that worked ๐ฅณ

Yes! It seems very practical. Please, add it in some form. I would otherwise done something similar in excel :-)

Yeah, that looks amazing. And it means I can stop saving in front of every sex scene when I want to ... study them.
