🕑 Added 2019-12-29 13:06:15 +0000 UTCHello crew! ๐ I hope everyone has recovered from Xmas - I know that I'm rather poorer and somewhat fatter after a week of excess, and looking forward to punishing myself with a series of gruelling new year's resolutions that I'll have abandoned by February ๐
Anyhoo - now that I'm confident that I know exactly what's going to be in the next update, it's time for a Progress Report! ๐ This one's coming along nicely - the renders are taking forever (1.5hrs each! Damn those sci-fi backgrounds!) - but they're really stacking up, and it's given me time to work on a few game mechanic elements and new UI features that means I'm already ahead of the curve on the Phase 2 revamp ๐
Sergeants+ have already seen a little sneak peek of some of the characters in v0.2.9 - including some new ones, some old favourites, and some poll winners. - and I'll be doing a few teasers for Ensigns+ at the start of the new year, including a look at some of the new screens and sets. I can't give you a precise date for release yet - but my sense is that mid-January should be achievable for the Early Release ๐
I'll also be reissuing a bug-fixed version of v0.2.8 (the last one) very soon. There's no new content in that - although you'll be seeing some extra walkthroughs and a new UI feature - so there's no reason you'll need to replay anything unless you got stuck in ServiCorps.

Lol - I think I should do more close ups on faces in the game (I'm always so focused on getting the characters junk in shot ๐)
