You should have been auto-assigned your Patreon rank on the Discord server - so you'll pop with a rank and colour (please let me know below if you don't).

EDIT: for anyone not auto-assigned a Discord role, please follow these instructions to gain access to the full benefits:
Click your Patreon Settings icon.
Click the Account option on the Settings submenu.
Scroll down to Connections, and you should see Discord in the list.
Click the Connect button next to Discord.
And you should be all set!
(If this doesn't work, exit the Discord app and try toggling the Connect/Disconnect button on Patreon to make sure it refreshes.)
