[Important Update] Mental Health & Patreon Content

I hope you're all having a nice start to the month.
Usually I don't make these kinds of posts, Im really bad at being open about my own Mental Health and try to push through it as best as I can.
But I wanted to make this post in regards to my recent delay in content last month, I talked about this very breifly in one of the audio posts about how my mental health wasn't the greatest during that week and a half of no content being uploaded.
I've recently found it very difficult to keep this schedule of atleast 2-3 audios a week very consistent. I'll just be honest and say it's been hard on my mental not only because I feel like I have been rushing more things out but also due to it cutting very deep into other things I want to pursue and do outside of just making content.
If you don't know, I also stream atleast 4-5 times a week (Half or More of that week being ASMR Streams), sometimes 3 days depending on my IRL schedule or if I need to work on Patreon Recordings. Just to make this clear, I LOVE making ASMR Audios, this was a form of content that I wanted to do more of, its fun and I love being able to help people relax but I also LOVE streaming, it's what I started with before the patreon was ever made and I love interacting with everyone in the community for those who come by.
The thing is I really dont' want to stop pursuing either of them, they both make me super happy.
But I was very close to burnout...
That is the one thing Im very afraid of happening, I don't want to shut down and not do anything or have to completely stop doing ASMR as a whole because I genuinely love making this type of content but when I'm trying to juggle so many things at once it starts to get very overwhelming and I start to collapse.
You might be wondering why I'm telling you all this but I want to be 100% Honest with you no matter what and I know I say it a lot but I am SO grateful for everyone supporting me whenever you get the chance to, It really means alot to me and it has helped me out so much, this year especially since Im out living on my own now.
Since being on my own and it being the new year, I always say I'll try to take good care of myself more but recently most of the time I have overlooked it to try and provide and do more at the cost of my own time for other stuff and especially... my mental health. I kept telling myself this is good, Im on that "true content creator grind" but it's just not good in the long run of things.
Which is why I wanted to make this post to not only be honest with you all but try and better myself for the future because I really don't want to get to the point of burnout and have to stop it all. I am happy and love the community we have and I also want to be healthier about how I approach making stuff.
So if you're wondering...
I'm not going to stop making ASMR or stop doing Livestreams.
But I am planning to take a step back on the amount of audios I upload on a weekly basis.
Once a week every Sunday I'll make a new audio for everyone to enjoy and put more of my time into for editing and prepping rather than trying to pump out 2-3 audios for an entire week. Some weeks Ill try and squeeze in an easier audio to make, But for now I'm set on focusing on one lengthier audio per week and a set day so you all know when to expect it!
Of course I'll still be doing the ASMR Polls and taking your suggestions still, which I will make a post in the coming days for.
And as for the recent VR Videos although I think they are quite good, they aren't to the quality I would like them to be. Althought the Meta Quest 3 is very affordable, recording on it... sucks a lot. I get major lag spikes in my recording sessions and I cant move my hips or legs!!!
so you can Imagine how awkward and tough it is to make some Spicier VR content without being able to move some pretty important body parts...
So for now, The VR Videos will slow down until I get Better VR Gear, which does cost an arm and a leg but I know will be worth it! So once I get that all settled Ill make an update post regarding that. For now those in that tier will still get a Bonus Audio to enjoy and it will be longer than the usual Bonus ones!
Now with more time being freed up I can also return back to some more spicy platforms that you may remember long ago, I've been planning to stream on those some more, cough cough, Fansly Live, cough cough, RPLAY Live so more on that later in the month.
But with all of this being said I hope you can understand where I'm coming from and hope that you can still choose to support even if the content isn't as frequent. Im feeling a lot better now and in a better mindset this start of the month so just know I will still give my 110% to making something you can enjoy listening to, I just want to be able to make this work better with everything I want to do and achieve so please be patient with me as always,

Taking care of yourself is ALWAYS the most important thing, I promise you that you are not letting anyone down by prioritizing your mental health. Even from the absolute most selfish "I only care about more content" viewpoint, you working yourself to the point of burnout would only mean no more content at all for anyone. And of course I don't think anyone actually has that selfish view, we love ya and want what's best for you always.

I’m just really glad to see you realize when you need to change something for the sake of your own wellbeing, and then taking that step as well takes some strength of character that you can be proud of yourself for.
