Are heroes, preview_icon, and project.xml at the same level? Also, this is an arbalest skin, you know.

Hello! I’m having an issue with the skin mod for Darkest Dungeon. The game recognizes the mod and it shows up in the list to be selected, but when I activate it and load the game, the skin itself doesn’t become visible. I suspect it might be related to the folder structure, since when extracting I followed the procedure of leaving the icon outside the Countess folder. Even after trying to adjust it manually, the result is still the same: the mod appears, but the skin is not applied in the game. Could you please help me figure out what might be wrong, or if there’s any specific installation step I might be missing?
