Idea wise, god, hmmmmmmmmm, everyone else's ideas are so good (and alot better than what I could come up with), hmmmm. Well, not expecting this to be chosen, since everyone else's is so much better, but maybe she gecks booked on the head by a how bell or drinks some milk that was mixed up with that they give to the calves. But. Will probably return when I can think of something better

How about a something like the Marilyn Monroe skirt thing? The picture where her skirt is blown up. In the drawing here, Ruby could be in a lab or something and a leak of airborne chemicals or what have you, has given her the bovine transformation.
