to play the VR-videos, you'll have to find any 360-video viewing app. I don't have an Oculus, so you'll have to look around the Oculus store to see what's compatible and in your budget. There's certainly a few free ones. I use Skybox VR Video Player, which is also compatible with Rift S I believe, and it's only $15. I see there's another one for Oculus called Pigasus which is $6.
