Brett Gelman, the actor who plays Martin, is better at playing an asshole than anyone working right now. You may recognize him from Stranger Things. Olivia Colman is so plays Godmother as so delightfully awful. BTW Fleabag's date (credited as Bus Rodent) is actually very nice looking without the fake teeth if you google Jamie Demetriou. On a random free association note that is only tangentially related to this show, after this brief series Good Omens would be another great short run show for you to look into. I was actually surprised you hadn't reacted to it, it seems oddly up your alley.
