Just heard the Patreon story from Lauren & John about the Hacking. I’m so grateful you are on the other side of it and so appreciate your content. I hope FBI & LE get to the bottom of it quick and justice is served to the perpetrators! Y’all keep up the excellent work!

Jodi Z

I'm so happily surprised by how quickly your channel and vdeos were restored! I'm sure it was hard on you, Lauren, but that was fast, all things considered!

Tamara Wakeman Sukohl

I can see stuff from Hidden but I unsubscribed. Please let us know when it is safe to resubscribe.

Jodi Z

Hi! I'm so glad you had a patreon in place because I knew to head here to stay in touch. I unsubscribed from that weird crypto channel before I realized it was your channel. So I resubscribed today. I think people will need to know to resubscribe. Just an fyi :-).

tora Johns

Hopefully you'll get it sorted soon..

Vivian Hall

I’m so sorry, Lauren 😥

Elaine Gardner

Stay safe & hope YT restores it quickly! My guess, like others, is some of these folks aren’t appreciating the sunshine you and Dr Babe bring to these offshoot cults. I only got to see part of Friday’s show, saved it for today..oh well, I’m sure you’ll get it restored soon!

CuriousCat

I sent a message on YT to PLEASE HELP RESTORE HTC. I hope it helps a little. Can’t believe this happened 😞

Sue Komernicky

I am so sorry this has happened. It is so frustrating! I, too, have been getting a lot of scams like someone is trying to reset my password on Facebook & Instagram.

Kiira Jaakkola

No harm in being cautious though.

Crystal Swannack

Oh no!!! Public wi-fi? Did you get it fixed?

Melanee Evans

So sorry to hear! My oldest daughter came over to do her little sister’s makeup for prom and told me. You guys are like family to us. Cheering for you!

Kiira Jaakkola

This (the Mow streaming) came to my mind as well.

Krista Steiger

What the heck?? So frustrating! I hope you get it up and running again soon!

Tamara Wakeman Sukohl

So frustrating. Hang in there.

I know people love conspiracy theories. But if you see where the channel "links" to right now, it is just a regular "untargeted" hacker that did it. I put it in quotes because the targeting was most likely just the fact that the channel had a decent amount views and followers.

Susanne Pappan

My thought as well.

Katie Marlowe

I too have been getting scam attempts more this week than ever! First, a text saying that my $1200 Apple Watch had shipped and the charge was about to be debited, second an email claiming my Apple ID was “successfully changed,” and a few other feeble attempts at getting me to call or provide personal details. They go after my elderly parents relentlessly. I wonder if there’s a connection to the geo-political landscape right now.

Brian Wagner

You know me as Donald Dementia. I am writing because I believe disgraced ex cop Mow and the Vallow-Daybell gang might be behind this. I am sure they knew you were at the last Mow seminar you broadcast. I pray that you and John are being safe and aware of the danger involved in reporting and commenting on the Vallow-Daybell case. Love what you do and I admire the risks you take.

Madi🤍

Nooo! Best of luck getting the channel back! I know your patrons here will help get word out if y’all need to start a new one

Jennie Anderson

That sounds stressful. Good luck getting it all worked out.

Sharie Dowdle

Thank you for letting us know. You are the best crime talk in You tube! Figures jealous people will retaliate! So sorry

Mama Bear

So sorry you are dealing with this. How awful!! ☹️

Edie Miller

Sorry you’re going through this Lauren! 🥺

Susanne Pappan

Thank you Lauren. I got a notification that someone was trying to reset password on my Facebook and Instagram yesterday. So glad I had double verifications set up. One of the big channels that I mod for, live streamed an event where someone controversial was speaking, he didnt say a word during it, and then a week later his channel was gone, both the speaker and the event organizers made a HUGE deal about it. It took him weeks to get it back up. My first thought was that maybe Jason Mow and company had bonked you. Hope you get it figured out quickly. "Solzeye Jewels"

Chrissy Jackson

Oh no, I had a feeling it was something like this. Hope that you get it sorted and it doesn’t damage your fantastic channel. I was looking forward to finishing the Lauren, Linda and Lori video this evening

Char

Thank you for letting us know that the channel is temporarily down. Looking forward to all issues being resolved & Hidden True Crime being back up and running!

Joan Pheney Engstrom

It's always something !!! Hang tight.......Best💚

Becca Moorhead

Thank you for informing us. You rock. Hope the issues get sorted out.

CuriousCat

Thank you for the heads up. I was trying to rewatch last night’s livestream with no luck. Now I know why. Take your time…y’all are worth the wait. Best wishes.

Karen Metson Wallace

And, BOOM, your weekend is hijacked by tech. Frustrating.

Kiira Jaakkola

I was really angry for you for awhile and frustrated for myself as a sub. Your content represents such a high quality, that I also really hope this will be solved soon. Somebody reminded of the importance of the two-step authentication.

Stephanie Stewart

Perhaps why many of Linda's subs can't see last night's show. Way too late for me last night but thoroughly enjoyed this morning. We've been saying ya'll would be great together.

Erica A. Zwick

Oh NO!!! I hope it all gets resolved soon.

Cindy

Yes. Hoping for the best. True crime Podcaster Stephanie Harlowe had something like that happen a few years ago. Sounds like YouTube is more responsive these days.
