Indy 500 Redemption Stream Next Week
🕑 Added 2021-05-15 04:02:59 +0000 UTCWon't deny - I'm really bummed out tonight. I spent a lot of time, effort, and even money, preparing for the big Indy 500 stream. To have it ruined by an audio glitch I've never seen or heard of happening before... ugh. :[
Next week iRacing is running another race Friday evening, except it'll be "open setups" instead of "fixed setups."
Fixed setups = every car is identical, driver skill determines how well you finish
Open setups = the car is open to changes, which means people can make, or buy setups online to go faster, and I may lose to them even if I'm the better driver
As much as I'd rather participate in a "fair" race, I don't want all this effort to go to waste. I still really want to stream this.
So, next Friday, 8:00PM CST, we'll try again.
