5 Day Work Week Fix

Mod Description:
Tired of your vampires working the day shift at the hospital? Playing a runaway teen challenge and you want them to work full time? Maybe you just want all of your Sims to work full time even at the top levels of their career. Now, you can choose your own work hours from a set of full and part time options.
This will work on any EA and modded careers that have regular work hours. It will even work on school hours for kids! (It will not work on freelance, odd job, quest, or other similar careers.)

Installation:
This mod must be unzipped and installed just like any other mod. Like all script mods, it cannot be placed any more than one folder deep in your mods folder. This mod will generate a folder for savedata from the mod - please do not delete this! It is a harmless bit of data that will allow your careers to persist when you reload your game.
How to Use:
To set custom work hours, simply click on your sim's phone and choose "Ask To Change Work Schedule." A series of notifications will pop-up which will allow you to specify which work hours you would like. If notifications don't pop up immediately, try canceling what your sim is doing as sometimes the game gets distracted!
To return to original work hours, click "Return to Company Default Hours." Warning: This will reset your work hours for all careers.

It’s broken. Even before the update it didn’t work for me at all :(. My sims couldn’t go to work. The game would say they were at work but they were actually at home…

It does! Just doesn't work on freelance jobs, etc.

By chance does this work with TURBODRIVER's unlimited jobs mod? It lets you have multiple jobs. Minus the restrictions you mentioned above (e.g., freelance) you'd be able to set your hours for multiple jobs too?

Hi, hope you are doing well? I was wondering if you were going to update this mod? Discord told me I was having errors with this mod and to check if there was an update for it. just so you know I had to remove the preteen mod because it's broken. So, I'm not sure if that's a reason I'm having an error. thanks for your help

I noticed when you changed the part time jobs for teens, it kinda glitches out the days you go to work. I also noticed that it affects completing tasks but I'm not sure how to fix that one. Thank you for this mod, it's such a staple <3 As for LEs I didn't recieve any :)

Hi there, I'm having an issue with this mod but only with teens. I changed my work hours fine with my young adult sim. When I changed my hours for my teen sims, it says on their jobs that they have no work days and everyday is a "Day Off!". This happens no matter what shifts, hours or days of work I select. This is for EA careers, barista, retail employee and/or fast food worker. I am using other career mods such as quitting school mod, and multiple careers mod - all which work fine. I have uninstalled it, uninstalled a bunch of other mods and reinstalled, still having the same issue. My game is definitely up to date. Thank you so much, I love love this mod and am happy using it the way it is, it's just a little annoying! Or maybe I am just doing something wrong - either way, any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

The options are available in the notifications from the phone :) You can select full time (5 days a week, Mon-Fri or Wed-Sun) and it will set the hours you selected for those 5 days, even if the career level normally gives 3 days off per week. If you want more days off you can look at the part time options too.
