Hi Tina! Thanks for the fun video. After listening carefully, I think the 120k cello most definitely produces clearer richer tones, but the crystal stunt cello does pretty well all things considered. 😊 Hope you're having a great December. Happy Holidays! 🎄
I can hear differences in sound. Neither sounds 'better' than the other without a performance context. Regarding quality - isn't it always a matter of the 'sound ambience' a musician wants to make? And the degree of control in being able to recreate/repeat the desired sound on demand? If it can consistently give you the sound you desire, then it is a good instrument. Two cellos of equal quality from two different manufacturers have differences in sound, too, right? But what do I know - people paid me tons of money to hear me banging sticks on old oil drums. ;-)
