I wanted to write out and remind everyone how absolutely overloaded postal systems are all over the world right now. Every year is an all time high, and there's literally 'yards' and 'parking lots' of hundreds of thousands of parcels sitting around.
Christmas time is always a sketchy time to send packages, because of the SHEER amount of them, some are often lost or damaged.
Because of this, please exercise patience, of course not just with your pin club pins, but everywhere for all orders. As small businesses, we can't control the mail.
If your December packages do not reach you by mid January, Please be sure to follow up by email so I am aware.
I can hope pins may reach you by the end of the month, but considering amazon prime which is usually next day, is a 9 day wait at the moment, I believe its safe to assume everyone's December packages are going to be slow arriving.

Aside from the usual Christmas delays which happen every year, I also want to remind that this pin clubs updates are TELEGRAM BASED.
You as a member are suppose to at least be in the updates channel provided to you in your patreon information to stay aware if there are any delays, issues, changes, etc going on within the pinclub.
I do my best to keep everyone updated of everything going on, especially as we were in trial run of having help (assistance) completing patreon packing as some issues were confronted during the switch over, but if you do not stay up to date with updates, I don't want anyone to be uninformed or upset due to announcements they miss. The club has been going through a lot of changes in the past few months order to keep going and remain sustainable so I can keep providing you all with lovely pins.
Your only responsibility as a member is to stay up-to-date, and sit back and await cute pins at your doorstep!
