She was first introduced in the Wishes Granted comic. She's not an outright monkey's paw but she flirts around the edges of it. She definitely goes with her own interpretation of the wish made verses what the person making the wish might want. She's not bound to a lamp anymore so most of the time when people are making a wish they don't even know it's about to be granted.
