Mysticism says that: There is a wisdom inaccessible to the intellect.
We try to intellectualize things so much that sometimes we miss the point.
This wisdom can only be reached through renunciation, by accepting to be “nothing” in the eyes of the modern world.
The modern world is full of distractions that are made for us to avoid the “abyss,” an abyss that we may have to accept in order to move forward.
But what if distraction was the real “abyss”?
Note that sometimes it is people who become this very abyss for those around them, until one or the other finds their true “reason for being” in this world.
For example, my “reason for being” is to make this world a better place day after day and this requires daily evolution as well as getting out of my comfort zone which is literally a space of “confinement” aborting any possibility of evolution.
It is stagnation, paralysis.
As with food, your body will thank you more for feeding it live foods than dead, candied foods, usually full of sugar.
It quickly becomes visible in your appearance and silently installs dysfunctions in your brain.
Note that sugar is the most addictive drug, an anesthetic of feelings, responsible for many diseases.
There is a link between distractions and food.
I recently came across a very interesting profile, that of @cera.jacob, who asked this of an AI:
« If you were the devil, how would you keep people as far away from god as possible without them realizing it? »
AI answered:
« Well if I were the devil, I’d start by corrupting mainstream religion, turning it into a tool for control, hypocrisy and division.
I’d twist sacred teachings into rules that breed judgement and fear, driving people away from faith and making them question the authenticity of God’s message.
I’d divide believers against one another creating conflict within their own community so they focus on fighting each other rather than seeking unity or truth.
I’d then create distractions that seem harmless but consume their attention pulling them away from spiritual growth.
I’d promote materialism, convincing them that happiness comes from possessions.
I’d encourage a culture of busyness leaving little time for reflection or connection with the divine and finally I’d ensure that doubt and fear overshadow faith and love so they become too disillusioned to ever seek a higher power. »

How can you be afraid of the devil?
Therefore we must be conscious of how we feed our lives.
With physical food, intellectual food, artistic food, spiritual food.
Spiritual food is the bridge to that very connection mentioned above with the Divine.
Because health is about everything that goes into us, everything around us has an impact on our energy and therefore on how we appear to the world.
It also impacts our thoughts which impact what surrounds us and who we tend to be.
Literally everything feeds us without us realizing it.
Energetic junk food also exists and it creates depression, annihilating expression.
Depression is a sign that you need to reconnect with something authentic and true.
Note that the opposite of depression is expression.
I already mentioned it in the article « The Initiation » that everything that enters our orifices, our eyes, our ears, our nose, our skin must be carefully chosen.
Even music, TV, shows, games, other people's energy etc… have an impact on who we tend to be.
Are we feeding ourselves properly?
Here's the connection between food and distraction.
In ancient Rome we had the Colosseum to entertain the people with games, offering them free bread, in order to better control them.
One of my ex-mothers-in-law once told me that to keep a man, you have to please his upper and lower belly… basic instincts.
Today we also force-feed people certain "legal" drugs that silently screw you up and turn you into vegetables, making you dependent on the system that puts you in that very state.
It is about putting the "uncontrolled animal" needs and will to sleep, preventing questionings, avoiding evolution of new mental pathways.
It is important to question the “need” in order to be free.
What you think you need is not necessarily what is good for you.
Once again, distractions prevent you from questioning and therefore from evolving.
Needs are in some way the limits of our incarnation.
Needs often go hand in hand with addictions.
Addictions prevent our minds from being lucid.
Being lucid allows us to feel and know what is best for us.
Toxic addictive junk food can be video games, sports games, money TV shows, sugar, loveless sex, obsessive fanaticism, social media, some types of music, possessions.
Not only alcohol, drugs or medication.
And it's a way of avoiding reality, of avoiding thinking and feeling.
Taking care of ourselves without feeling limited or frustrated can seem like a kind of journey in the middle of the war with a bouquet of flowers.
Despite the great hope that one may have, it is not always easy to convince the most stubborn enemy, the Self, of what is best.
I have been very ill recently and have realized that I might have been out of sync with some aspects of my aspirations and life philosophy.
My work and other things that in some way diverted my attention, even if they did not present a direct danger, prevented me from acting according to the deep will of my soul.
We self-sabotage because we are in the wrong place.
It is very difficult to know where the right place is because of distractions.
Distractions keep us from making the right choices for ourselves.
I even wondered if dreams (projects) were not distractions made to escape.
Am I a distraction?
Do I really have to go through this questioning of everything?
I guess so, to understand we have to go through the problem right?
We understand things by experiencing them and thus are able to help those who are going through the same thing.
The Universe always provides everything perfectly in its place so that we can understand what is truly important.
Rejecting distraction is a way of understanding what is important.
If your mind consciously rejects it and you maintain the addiction, your body will become sick.
Nothing new under the Sun.
Money can also be a “means” of distraction.
And the need it creates keeps us too busy to have a true, pure, caring, respectful connection with the world.
Money is always a heavy topic that causes a lot of problems.
Of course, we need money in the system we have created, but not making it a goal might be the healthiest way to deal with it.
In my profession, people find it increasingly difficult to pay and yet they continue to take.
I'm not talking about my Patreons, in fact I'm proud of them and I feel a fair and respectful exchange between us.
When generosity is only linked to money it becomes a means of manipulation.
Some people can give you more than any amount of money can buy and they don't hesitate before giving because their generosity is genuine.
They don't underestimate what they can give if they have the ability.
But when they stop giving, understand that you have not respected the position of vulnerability they have placed themselves in to satisfy your appetite for who they are, thus draining their energy.
It's totally okay to let go of people who can't afford what you are if it means protecting your health.
Your energy is the most precious thing there is.
Your energy is your health and wealth.
As long as money does not prevent us from being conscious beings, it remains healthy.
Maybe some people want to stay in the darkness of unconsciousness, but you know who you might meet… (the AI knows…)
And also what you might be missing from the Wonderful World of Consciousness.
I feel like today money has taken over what is beautiful.
And we all know that it is beauty that will save the world.
If humans are the only species that pays to live on Earth, it seems we are a very amnesiac species.
I believe it is because of the distractions provided by the system.
And yet we have documents about our history. For what use? I wonder…
Even animals carry in their blood the past traumas of their ancestors.
Many behavioral studies have documented this.
This is how some species manage to protect themselves even though humans are the biggest predators.
And this is also why certain species continue to surprise us with their intelligence.
They worked on exploring new mental pathways.
I would also like to open a small parenthesis, if we could take more time to give thanks for the food on our table, especially for the people who still eat animals.
Show gratitude for their sacrifice, that of their life, only to please us.
It is important to consciously reconnect with this action which also has a benevolent impact on the way we feed ourselves.
Veganism is also an evolved mental pathway that moves us away from the barbaric cruelty imposed on animals.
Feeding our energy well impacts our intellectual capacities allowing new evolved mental pathways.
I recently watched a conference and I quote:
« The best way to spot an idiot? Look for the person who is cruel. For some people, when they see someone who doesn’t look like them or sound like them or act like them, or love like them, or live like them, the first thought that crosses their brain is rooted in either fear or judgement or both. That was part of evolution that helped us survive as a species. By being suspicious of things that we aren’t familiar with. In order to be kind, we have to shut down that instinct and force our brain to travel a different pathway. Empathy and compassion are evolved states of being.They require the mental capacity to step past our most primal urges.
Cruelty is seen by some as an adroit cudgel to gain power.
Empathy and kindness are considered weak.
Many important people look at the vulnerable only as rungs on a ladder to the top.
When someone’s path through this world is marked with acts of cruelty,
They have failed the first test of an advanced society.
They never forged new mental pathways to overcome their own instinctual fears.
And so, their thinking and problem solving will lack the imagination and creativity that the kindest people have in spades.

It can be any type of fear like fear of rejection, abandonment, death etc.
Be smart, be kind.
Why not try acting in full consciousness through the heart?
Allowing you to understand that the people around you are as important as you are.
Anger, intolerance and jealousy are unevolved mental patterns that arise from primal urges.
Narcissism leading to selfishness blocks access to the pathways toward empathy and compassion.
Are you overcoming your primal urges to become an evolved person manifesting an advanced world by finally stopping messing with the health of others and your own at the same time?
True kindness comes from overcoming primal urges.
To access evolved mental pathways, it is important to avoid distractions and be mindful of how we nourish our lives.
It all depends on what you let into your being.
Failure to evolve new mental pathways leads to depression, anxiety, fear.
I would also like to draw an analogy with a study I recently read.
It is important to let the sun in, it helps fight depression but not only that!
I quote the scientist:
“These days, we are afraid of the sun partly since the introduction of sunglasses, which by the way have triggered a massive increase in cancers. People ask, “What do sunglasses have to do with cancer?” Well, it’s all related. By wearing sunglasses, you are filtering out some of the sun’s rays that are supposed to enter your body. You are blocking them. The pineal gland, which receives light in different forms of colors, that is, the entire spectrum of light, needs this light. We have a lens in our eyes that breaks down white light into seven colors. These colors are then encoded with chemicals in the pineal gland and then they are transmitted to different parts of the body where they are needed for basic metabolic processes. Red light is involved in the production of blood while green light plays a role in the production of bile. There are many essential elements related to these colors. In addition, UV light must be allowed to pass through. When this happens the brain produces a hormone that is responsible for the production of melanin in the skin. Nature is so well made.
The Universe is wonderfully intelligent.
This shows us once again that everything has its reason for being, as well as the importance of their impact on ourselves.
It could also show that we may have taken the path towards an unnatural nature.
Feelings are indicators of health.
It is important to feel, to distinguish a place from a problem.
Moreover, the problem does not always come from outside…
Words you speak outside your body that do not correspond to true reality can also cause disease.
People who run away are people who lie to themselves and inevitably end up lying to you to avoid reality.
Lying is a pattern, a dysfunctional symptom of a brain candied by fear.
Unevolved brain candied by toxic food.
We are afraid to take risks because that is not what the current system wants and we are afraid of being excluded and finding ourselves alone when it is about knowing ourselves better, finding ourselves and never feeling alone again.
Carl Jung warned artists about this:
« The artist's life cannot be otherwise than full of conflicts,
for two forces are at war within him [or her]–on the one hand, the common human longing for happiness, satisfaction and security in life, and on the other a ruthless passion for creation which may go so far as to override every personal desire »
Like the sacrifice of one's desires.
Don't let the energy of things and people distract your mind by renting space in your head.
Raise the rent and kick them out.
Peace isn't free.
Freedom isn't free.
This requires sacrifices.
Suffering allows us to move forward.
This is a symptom of a malfunction that needs to be fixed.
It's important to allow ourselves to feel.
It takes a lot of courage and strength of soul.
By running away from our own actions we run away from understanding them.
Beware of the kind of “food” that is addictive and distracting.
Distractions are everywhere in entertainment and food.
Due to distraction, our mind does not take the evolutionary path it should take.
Distractions not only prevent us from connecting with the Divine, but also from truly thinking and feeling.
Avoiding feelings prevents us from truly healing.
To feel is to heal.
In the modern world, are we afraid to feel?
