Monthly Q&A- November
🕑 Added 2024-11-28 22:13:54 +0000 UTCAsk any questions regarding the comic Home, Patreon or art in general (:
Do not ask for story spoilers.
Commonly asked questions:
Q: What program and tablet do you use?
A: Photoshop CC 2024 with Lazy Nezumi plug-in, and wacom intuos medium tablet.
Q: Will you someday make a hard copy of your comics?
A: Most likely no. I'm too much of a perfectionist and would want to remake the older pages before I put them on a permanent print, and that would take years to do.
Q: In what way is the story scripted?
A: I write in the style of "Discovery writing", I have plots, timeline and calendar scripted, the ending written, but I leave enough room for characters to go their own path, sometimes they choose something different from what I had originally planned.
Q: Is there a wiki for the comic?
A: Yes https://home-comic.wixsite.com/homewikia
Q: What will happen after Home is done?
A: Another comic is planned, but no details will be given out just yet aside from the concepts I post once a month for Warrior tier and up.

The bears glow as well. In page 753 Fraujar shared their theory that the native species were blessed by the spirit Solar Stag, as they didn't have the glow until the ghouls were introduced.

Do the bears in Aedra glow too? I was wondering why some species glowed and the dogs and felines won’t. I originally settled with the theory that you have to be native to Aedra but then Asmundr’s herd eventually started to glow. So is it something in their diet? Like how flamingos get their color because of their diet? We just haven’t been introduced yet to a large apex that glows aside from the wolves. Though their glow came to them through genetics and not through diet. Or maybe it could be possible that Asmundr’s herd started glowing thanks to a chance mutation??

Cool thanx

Why wouldn’t it be???? You can use any base that you got access to for however long you want
Kique Nordin
I don't use my older bases for custom requests
MiraCON
Speaking of bases is it not allowed to use any of the older bases???
Kique Nordin
It's free if the custom was just completed and I still have all the layers intact. If it's an old design then it can be requested through the Bounty Hunter tier as a regular custom done on my recent bases
Kique Nordin
They are vaguely familiar to each other, but it's not enough to where they feel the need to bring up
Kique Nordin
Probably not a full on visit but more sights of the leaders/members of them may happen
Kique Nordin
He probably would have, but they would both realize sooner or later that they're better off as friends X)
MiraCON
If someone request any alterations to customs how would they go about doing that? Do you charge extra or is it free depending on how small or large the request is????

I was reading back through the comic, and realised something, that Ferah and Aira are in the same tribe. Do they recognise each other from the past?
Spencer
are there any plans to visit some of the less-known tribes (whisperblossom, ivorysteppe, dunegard etc)?

Taking it back to early days… if Ronja had asked Roamer out in the first chapter, would he have said yes?
