Notice regarding problems with CUA clothing and solution
🕑 Added 2025-09-13 03:53:26 +0000 UTCHello all, I was recently made aware that when you guys selected a CUAclothing item on any scene except the sample scene, it didn't actually show the item unless you loaded a preset/loaded it several times.
This is NOT intended behavior.
CUAClothing is supposed to work as normal clothing, at least from the users perspective, once you select it from any scene it should instantly load as seen on the picture above.
This is also partially caused by an issue with Stopper Clothing Manager which can be seen here explained by Skynet;

Ok, how the fuck do I fix it?
1) This was not something I was aware of until very recently, no one communicated it to me and as it's mostly reliant on the users PC/preset file path I wasn't able to tell from my setup, it's simply a small change to the path of the preset.
All looks going forward will have this fix including the recently released Saeki look that now has this applied.
2) I will be slowly updating/fixing the existing looks with CUAClothing in the future for their updates, re-releases, etc.
3) For these existing looks, to properly use the CUAclothing until they get this fix:
Once you enter the sample scene simply save the clothing/appearance:
And load it TWICE on your desired scene, I'm using the default scene here:
Now the CUAClothing will work as intended on that scene
Apologies, I was not aware of this since again, it relies on the preset file path and I wasn't told until very recently, if you find any other issues like this please let me know.
