If you have the Japanese version of the game the official servers may be region locked. Steam servers have IP range restrictions as well I believe. It's best to just use an external sharing website like bepisdb.

Check any descriptions or readme files attached to the card, usually there are links to used mods if they are not commonly available.

Thanks for the mod. I am new to this and am encountering some issue. I downloaded Chara card from Yuki portal but the loaded chara is not exact. There seems to be missing assets. Where can I find them?

Hi, this patch of yours works fine for Honeycome itself but Digicraft does not seem to work properly. Symptoms include any non-vanilla parts are not shown, only un-censored part works. Advise needed, thanks.
