I have an offline Recording ready guys, I just need to figure out how to remove audio from an FLV or convert it to MP4 and then remove/speed it up. Anyone know how to do this?

Got it! Used FLV Editor Lite (thanks to davejin) Uploading now

In the future i'll do local recordings in MP4 so it's just for this oen time

yeah after effects wouldn't load the flv that's why i'm looking for something
any video editor which sets the audio as a track should work .
