Ich bin ja tatsächlich ganz gern im Fitness Studio.
Nicht übertrieben oft, aber mindestens 2 Mal die Woche.
Beim Plank hab ich letztens übrigens 2 Minuten geschafft. Aber dann wird's echt mühsam :)

Not too often, but at least twice a week.
By the way, I managed 2 minutes on the plank recently. But then it gets really difficult :)
