Hiatus? Hiatus.

My Patreon content has been dwinding more and more and every post I've made recently talks about me either being overworked, stressed, or not being able to meet personal deadlines. This lack of professionalism has been bothering me for a while now, as I've been doing a terrible job of time management while trying to balance it out with my personal life.
I had taken some commissions last month, and while I thought they'd be doable by December, that wasn't the case given all the hours I put into playing fucking Pokemon. It's only when you stop drawing for 6-8 hours straight with no back support at a time, everyday a week, that you realize just how nuts that is. My body is like...caving from the constant stress of trying to do absurd commissions batches the pay for college WHILE creating content for Patreon and personal posts. Arts my passion but it honestly blows when the love you have for it begins to fade. I went into commissions in the past really hype and ready to learn new tips, tricks and expand my boundaries/content. But with the bills piling, I was just drawing things to make enough money before the deadline. Even the stuff I wanted to draw was still taxing.
Basically I'm saying I need to get my shit together. Some personal drama and my current state of mind has left me feeling out of it and I need time to think and meditate on myself as a person. I honestly don't know how long this'll last but I just need some space. My views of art/my art aren't what they once were and I feel like it'll be a while before I get back in my normal frame of mind.
Before I get going, I wanna point out that anyone who's paid me for a Patreon commission in the past month or prior, and I haven't posted yet/replied to you about it, you've been refunded. Just going by my regular commission 2-month policy is all, since I know I won't be arting seriously for a while. A handful of them were shit I would have drawn anyways so it isn't a total bust cuz I might get back to them later. But in the off chance that I don't, I'll send out any wips I've drawn that were approved. If you wish to comm them by other artists or something, feel free.
Lastly, the Patreon itself will be on hold. I'm making this post public so people will know what they're getting into before pledging. I still appreciate the support and I'll still be posting here and there maybe, but in general, I won't be doing any of the Patreon perks I have listed. Anyone who wants to drop this Patreon at this time, I have nothing against you for your decision.
I'm sorry about all this guys, and it really hurts me because drawing was a lifestyle for me of some sorts. But until I can get back in that groove I'm going to need time to recooperate. Thank you for all your support up until now, I wish you all the best and Happy Holidays.
