Hope you guys are doing well So basically i wanted to mention, Mavis could do Fairy Law, but did not wanted to Because of Fairy heart! She is Fairy heart herself, if she as the strongest member of fairy tail herself, fought, she could have taken out a lot of people, BUT didn't because she would basically be using fairy heart, which she didn't want to because of the consequences she talked about since Tartarus arc. That's why till now she did nothing except use her brain and tactics ππ»
