When you turn on the stats at bottom left corner, you can see which path, scene number and other stats.

Is there a chance to see that on some save datas? I don't know, it's a (so far) boring part where Nat and Ethan are in love, Ethan flirted with that Riya girl, Nat refused Darrels invitation, there was no scenes with Jenna for Nat and neither with Ethan. I don't know, so far nothing happened here.
