As much as I call these "sketches", I still spend way too much time cleaning up the lineart. It does help me settle quicker on character designs and the like though.

Certainly, some of them get a taste for it after the first time, while others will try their hardest to avoid a repeat. The black-haired guy here hasn't done this before, so who knows which way he'll end up.
