[Progress Report]: 3rd of September

Hey everyone,
The Early Build is out and I am exhausted!
I mentioned this in the discord, but Superheroes Suck Version 1.600 will launch with eight total events instead of the previously mentioned seven. I was able to squeeze in Riley's repeatable massage event last night at midnight. It delayed the release somewhat, but extra content is extra content! Also, I prefer not to have these repeatable events stack up on me.
Oh, and I can walk again.
Little over three months of intermittent hospitalization, surgery, and physical therapy, but I can walk or, more accurately, waddle. I'm hopeful that the worst is behind me and that I'll be able to quickly regain my mobility, which will allow me to get back to my day job and also improve productivity in development. The injury really threw my entire schedule into a blender, which is why I haven't updated the roadmap in the Discord - I couldn't effectively plan anything, as I wouldn't know what days would be bearable for sitting down and rendering. This upcoming development cycle should be the last impacted, and the impact on it should be very minor.
There's not much else to comment on. I don't like to discuss story details for upcoming updates when the public build is out just next weekend! I hope you're all looking forward to it.

I've done my best to take it easy, but it's been just a series of injuries this year. There's a lot of progress on the game I feel like I've missed out on because of it. I'll try to be mindful, but my drive to create is strong!
