COP: Shouldn’t he be shackled or somethin’?
OLDER COP: This your first transfer?
COP: Yeah.
OLDER COP: Well, Dent don’t need shackles; he ain’t runnin’. Not without – this. We don’t shackle Dent, we don’t shackle Tetch, we don’t shackle Nygma –
COP: No?
OLDER COP: He just picks ‘em; makes us cuff him again.
COP: What about uhh… Deathstroke?
OLDER COP: Yeah, he gets the shackles.
COP: Catwoman?
OLDER COP: Two shackles.
COP: JOKER.
OLDER COP: Shackles, jacket, (chorus) and half the GCPD.

BOLTON: Took you guys long enough; looks like shitty weather’s comin’ huh?
BULLOCK: Rieger. Give Dent’s effects to the Desk Officer.
BOLTON: Dent’s coin, huh? I’ll take that –
BULLOCK: Rieger. The Desk Officer.
BOLTON: What, don’t you trust me? I’m practically a cop!
BULLOCK: (grumbles)

BOLTON: Then I said, well if it’s your umbrella, how come I’m holdin’ it? (laughs)
BULLOCK: Yeah, ‘s a good one. So, who’s supposed to be signin’ Dent in, we uhh, we kinda got shit to do.
BOLTON: Ahh… Uh? Uh, it’s Crane. I’ll give ‘im a buzz. (picks up phone, dials, clears throat, whistles)
(phone rings)
BOLTON: (singsong) The Front Desk? Well, you got a date with Dent. (pause) DENT! Sign ‘im in!
(static)
(background arguing) BOLTON: You wanna bring strangers in here, you gotta sign ‘em in.
(background) CRANE: Valentino’s not a patient of Arkham!
(foreground) RIEGER: You think Crane always go off on Bolton like that?
(foreground) BULLOCK: Not that he doesn’t deserve it.
(background) BOLTON: You don’t make the fuckin’ rules, hayseed. You gotta play ball.
(foreground) RIEGER: Did he say Valentino?
(foreground) BULLOCK: Let’s go.
(background) CRANE: You wanna take that tone with me, I’ll to the top –
(background) BOLTON: Yeah whatever, what the fuck ever…

I love the little headcanons that you throw in. The idea of riddler just being a jerk and picking his cuffs just to make a point is hilarious to me.
