Installation guide for Android Devices

The first thing you will need is a browser that supports loading local extensions. In this guide we will use Kiwi Browser.
Click on the 3 dots and then select extensions.
On the extensions page, developer mode is probably enabled by default, but if it is not, make sure it is by checking the top right corner.
In my case it can't be seen in portrait mode, so I had to put my phone in landscape mode.
Once the developer mode is activated, select the "from zip" option.
You must have downloaded the chromium version of the extension on your phone.
This will show our extension as loaded.
To update the extension just repeat the same thing. Reload a zip file WITHOUT deleting the current version of the extension.
Now we must go to a chat of our choice, and once in the chat, reload the page (this is a mobile limitation).
Then the blue button will appear that allows the magic to happen.
In this state (when the extension is loaded) you can check the content of the injections by clicking on them (it will not work if the extension is not loaded).
Now we will have access to all the functions of "Rinine CharacterAI Tools". Including a special mode of large images for mobile.

Thank you for the report. Indeed there was a bug with that and I just solved it. The fix will be available today along with the update to add bots to favorites. Regarding the Cai tools of Chrome webstore is not up to me. The information in the arterisks exists in the chat, so it is normal that it is downloaded. If that extension was part of my extension then yes I could avoid it, but for my part I can not do anything except in the future replicate the same functionality excluding the information of injections.
Also do you know Cai tools in the Chrome webstore? It's used to backup chats. Do you think it would be possible for the information in the asterisks to not be visible when I download my chats?

The extension doesn't inject when new lines are added. It injects when one of the following conditions are met: - Message number 1 of the recurring injection cycle (if you set the cycle to only 1 message, it will inject memories into all messages). - You write a keyword from the memory box. (for what you're describing to happen, you would have to have a line break specified as a keyword, in addition to having keyword injection enabled.). If it happens without matching these conditions, it could be a strange bug. What device are you using? (mobile, desktop) Can you provide a screenshot of how the injection appears when you make a line break?
Hii, I'm not sure if someone said this before but when I add a new line in text it injects the memories. I usually add new lines to separate my action from dialogue but then it injects the memories at the top. So then I have to delete it since it happens when I add a new line once or twice. Is there a way to stop this?

Thanks, but I'm sorry, but for iphone it's impossible. Apple's security policies do not even allow the existence of third party chromium browsers that support loading external extensions, let alone allow it natively.

The extension injects the content every 4 messages automatically (by default). If you copy the initial injection to another device, it will work only once, but the bot will forget afterwards. But the extension you downloaded can be installed on both your PC and your phone (if it's Android), and you can have it working in both places. The memory file you use on your laptop can be transferred to your mobile and opened from there to have all your memories functioning just like on the laptop.
Sorry if you answered it before π I was wondering if copying the memories input and manually pasting it when on mobile where I donβt have the mod works/does something? I usually use chai on my laptop but sometimes go on the app when canβt sleep lol. I love the tools, very simple but helpful! β€οΈ

Yeah, that not is VERY special and I wouldn't focus on it. The people want to roleplay. I asked him if I can create a way to add a bann filter for my bots and the first idea was to enable it in the settings, the next was to let a python script run, who will annoy you every time with a message that the word was banned... This bot is simply not helpful.

This bot does not work on PC either. For the moment I'll wait to see what character.ai does because adapting the thing for a single bot with a special interface that will probably change doesn't make much sense. Especially now that I would have to do the adaptation in two ways (desktop and mobile). As far as I can see that bot keeps its avatar centered even if you scroll and has no avatar in the replies. It changes too many things

The first image was still generating the message, I just made the screenshot to show it use your code :). You can see the rating stars already while it writes, I think that is only at the 1.2 bots.

(more feedback π) the big white ring 1.2bot does not allow to show the script, the big avatars are active after reloading but you can't access the script. But I don't think many want to chat with that bot much. Its very special with its big avatar...

I added it in the middle, where it says it should be the chromium version, since it is not a dedicated android version it is better to offer it when you know it is the chrome version.
