Its name was whispered among sailors and seafarers in hushed tones - the Primordial One. Legends spoke of a creature so abhorrent, so beyond comprehension, that even the bravest souls quivered at the mere mention of its name.
The Primordial One was said to be a manifestation of chaos and madness, a being born from the darkest corners of the universe. Its immense form, obscured by the black waters, stretched beyond the limits of human imagination.
No one knew the true nature or origin of this eldritch horror. Some believed it to be a deity, a god of chaos and destruction, while others thought it to be an ancient creature that had slumbered since the birth of the world. But all agreed on one thing - the Primordial One hungered for more than just flesh and bone; it craved souls, desiring to devour the very essence of life itself.
