Time and weather aware NPCs
🕑 Added 2025-07-09 13:10:40 +0000 UTCOn sunny, clear days, they wears sunglasses and remove the jacket during the hottest part of the day.
Actually for:
- Panam
- Jackie
- Judie
Patches for the enhanced body by LRXHyst are optional.
This is a time- and weather-aware NPC customization. On sunny days she will wear sunglasses and a jacket based on the current weather and time of day:
Example: Starting at 11 AM, on a sunny day, Panam will not wear a jacket but will wear sunglasses. As the day progresses, she will put on the jacket again, and eventually remove the sunglasses when the sunlight becomes weak.
On cloudy days she will not wear sunglasses but eventually take off the Jacket in the hottest time of the day.
Special Notes About Badlands Weather:
In the Badlands, the game engine displays sunny weather even if it is actually raining.
To ensure Panam reacts properly to the actual weather conditions in the Badlands, an additional mod is optional but recommended.
Without this setup, the engine may show sunny visuals while technically setting a cloudy weather, causing Panam not to wear sunglasses because she responds to the engine’s weather settings, not just the visuals.
Important:
- Weather mods are fine, as long as they do not rename the existing vanilla weather types, a thing that nobody does as far as i know.
- WHEN USING AMM toggle off the mod temporarily, as they both change appearance and will conflict when both "work" on Panam, and you get a constant changes every second.

Cyber Engine Tweaks
Native Settings UI
