Phreak talked about this in the 13.10 game design video, he considered this energized build but it didn't end up being good ultimately.

i think against squishies it would be good, but anyhting with 2+ tanks probably bad. hopefully cookie chimes in
Im sure cookie will agree with this, energize stacking is a for fun build thats not actually good
What about Statikk Shiv? I feel like Cait with IE + 3 Energised items (Stormrazer, RFC, Shiv) will be really strong wont it? Same with Jhin.
