Hum, I'm relooking at the device and something is strange, I notice it seems to be squeeking a lot, which should be unlikely considering the amount of lubricant that must be on this knotted rope π€π

It's not a torture device- I'd never condone those... π€ Totally a pleasure device - overwhelming, utter, excruciating and unbearable pleasure... sorts out the mutineers, they never forget it... you know. The blueprint would be very strange and it this point totally lacks any structural stability or makes any sense. Definitely only works in a comic world at this stage π
