February Hell's Port WIP & March Poll results

here's a very WIP render of the Hell's Port release, coming this February. In the picture you can see the base of the modular pier system (more is coming) and the Hangman's Gate, with a few talakative skeletons. I am planning to make a more pirate like version of those, and - if there is enough time - to add a set of crows that can be glued to any model: they would work really well there, I think. There will definitely be a version of those skeletons without rope, so that you can hang your own with string or something more to scale than resin printable rope.
More details for both sets are coming, as well as the small fisherman ship and the kingpost crane. This one will be functional if you glue string to its mechanisms!
Models may very for printing necessities, but this should give you an idea of the vibe of the set. On the first two pier beams there you can notice the optional barnacle effect!
Most of the release should be up by the 7th day of February, depending on how smooth test printing goes :)
Finally, the poll for March has a clear winner: the Mausoleum of the Martyr will complete the Cathedral! I can't wait to start working on that too!

Yeah, I thought about it a lot. I find skeletons much more versatile on maps and battlefield and that's why I went with that design. They look cool, but they don't make much practical sense. I think that painting a bit of red/brownish around the joints should help in giving a more believable effect, after all those are details at a very small scale!

Looking great! Love it. Crows is a really good idea too. And I second the Barnicles on the timber is a really nice touch.

Love the molusc on the timbers, I guess separating some cotton threads to glue on would imitate some types of seaweed. Unfortunately you also have my pet hate, intact skeletons where all the flesh has fallen off but tendons still hold it all together. I know that there is no way round this for hanged or upright skeletons, but I can't do anything about being a pedantic pratt either.

That would be awesome. Then I can print out a bunch of bits and use them on bases, dioramas and other crafts.

That should be easy to do! Thickening may be needed in order to print the smaller parts, but it should be doable :)

The skeletons are great! Are you going to make it so we can print individual bones (skull, arm bone with/without hand, leg bone with/without foot, rib cage, etc.)?
