I've also made a small plugin that removes furniture camera - it's great with animated traversal! It needs a small update to TDM as well, so I haven't published it yet - I'll try to squeeze in a few bugfixes in TDM before releasing an update, probably in a week or so.

I actually made this as a test for Everglaid a few months ago but left it unfinished. Got reminded of it recently and took a different approach. Simply not letting the game switch to the furniture camera turned out to work surprisingly well.
