I assessed the necessity of marking him, and subsequently administered MEC-1501 to the target. I'm sending an image taken during the operation. I didn't have the chemical solution on hand, so I substituted my own semen. Approximately 1pint has been introduced into the target's rectum, and I assume that a sufficient amount of MEC-1501 has been absorbed. Please confirm the success of the marking on your end.
