I love this class. It's a LAZY class, meaning minimal efforts and big releases. Perfect for a lazy weekend day. Put on your cozies and roll around with me! Here's what's inside:
-inner thighs
- hips
- glutes
- lower back
- belly
- ribcage/diaphragm
- rotator cuff
- pecs
- shoulder and chest stretch
- hamstring stretch
- calves
YUMMIEEEE. Here are a few playlists for you to choose from, definitely don't skip putting some relaxing and groovy music on while you're rolling. Enjoy it! LMK your thoughts!
Love,
Maggie
