It’s the US, without proper health insurance, vaccines cost more than you could afford and you had to rely on other means.
You took out the clothes and wore them, then a bag with crumbs and water, but you couldn’t find any kind of GPS or a signaling device to get people to notice you, it’s a rip off cheap kit…
The asphalt was hot and you knew it’s only a matter of time before you’ll die out here - you must get anyone to notice you, you don't care about who it might be - you just need to get out of here.
Then you saw a young woman walking by, tattooed, super expensive brands, clearly the last person you’d go to willingly but there was no one else around, you ran towards her, waving and shouting.
She wasn’t looking down, step after step - you realized it’s hopeless, you tried to run back to the shadows but suddenly

She stepped on your lower body, crushing it completely.
“Oh?” She looked down, “oops, lol”, she took out her phone and took a pic, giggling to herself.
“You got my sandals dirty, these are Prada you little shit”, she said in a giggly voice.
“K-Kill… me..” you begged, the pain was unbearable.
“Anyway, have fun dying out here”, she said and kept going to her car, leaving you to die on the asphalt like a random squashed bug.
