One of the most famous places was in Amsterdam.
A shrinking center in a middle of an avenue, you could pay a prostitute to take you after the shrinking process, playfully torture you for a while and then grow you back.
It was partly supervised, a gray area in matters of legality, but in time more and more reviews were published online by very satisfied and returning customers.
You’ve decided to experience it yourself, and while walking around in this avenue a young beautiful prostitute bumped into you, she wore leather boots the height of her knees.
“Foot sweat?” She asked with a smirk, pointing down.
You nodded and blushed.
“Come”
You walked together to the shrinking center, you paid for the process, it wasn’t like in the U.S, they didn’t just give you to her, you both needed to sign off papers, they kept all of your belongings and explained to you that she will get paid only once she return you to the shrinking center and that you got nothing to worry about, you felt very safe with how things work here.
Once you were shrunk, she took you to a shady apartment nearby, she threw you on the floor and started removing her clothes.
Although the hit was a bit painful, you immediately had a huge boner, you were so excited. She finally removed one of her boots and placed her sole in front of you, it was dripping with sweat, she was actually walking around barefoot in those huge boots.
You immediately started running to her sole, tasting the sweat, it was disgusting and yet a dream come true, you licked over and over again, and then she just used her finger to push you away.
“Ok, that’s it, 15 minutes” she concluded, starting wearing her boot back on.
“W-what? No, wait”, you stood back up and pleaded.
“If you want more, pay more”, she started closing the zip closely.
“Of course!… yes I’ll pay, I give you my consent, please let me lick more”
She smiled and opened back her boot, placing her sole in front of you, you ran back and started licking, enjoying yourself over every ounce of her foot sweat.
It went on for a while, you started rubbing your dick against her soft smooth skin and came over her sole, then just laid back in pleasure, this evening was the best in your life, you didn’t even care how much it cost you - it’s worth it.
She got a tissue and indifferently cleaned her sole, “are we done here?” She asked and you nodded, she returned her leg inside the boot and wore her shirt back on. She picked you up and went back to the shrinking center with you.
She held you in her hand waiting for her turn, you tried to make a conversation but she ignored you, when her turn came up she went to one of the desks and placed you on it.
“That’s the check”, she placed her note on the desk near you, there were a lot of lines you couldn’t understand the final sum.
“I don’t understand, how much do I owe you?” You asked.
“It says 752,681$” the shrinking center employee said, it felt like she’s holding off a laugh.
“What?!” You turned back, “it doesn’t make any sense!”
“Excuse me? You licked my foot for maybe 3 hours, you came over my sole, that’s the price, idiot”
“B-But I don’t even have that kind of money!”
The employee went to bring your bag, took out the credit card, phone, and everything in it.
“Anyway, Helen is getting paid, you will just pay however you can”, the employee explained with a smile, swiping your card and typing some stuff on the computer, you turned back to the prostitute.
“H-Helen? Is that your name? Let’s talk about it please, I’m sorry, I don’t mean to disrespect”, but she kept looking at the employee.
“Considering all his savings, you’ll get 328,172$, I fear that’s the best he can do, and of course we are deducting 20% for processing the transaction”
“What? No, wait, you can’t just deplete my accounts!”
They both ignored you.
“Seriously? What about a loan or something? His house? Car?”
“Hmm, yeah he have some assets, we have people in the US that will sell everything, but you know how it works, that belongs to us”
“Ugh, ok just transfer whatever you can”, Helen said in an irritated tone.
“Helen, you just made a quarter million out of that loser, why can’t you be happy about it”
“You people keep cutting my paychecks, I’m sick of it, I was far better off when it was illegal”, she looked pissed, but she waited for the transaction to be made and left.
You looked at the employee, shocked and hopeless, realizing everything you worked so hard to gain was easily being taken away.
“You are probably wondering what’s happening to you now, since you obviously can’t pay for the enlargement process”, she said, not even looking at you, she was staring at her computer screen, typing casually.
You gulped and nodded, but she didn’t even notice that.
“I’ll let you choose, you can come home with me, become my slave, you love that kind of stuff don’t you?”
“No, please”, you started crying.
“I can also just sell you to one of the prostitutes, some customers just wants to see a tiny being crushed, they pay well”, she said with a mischievous smile.
“Can I make a phone call please? I have a friend who can pay for the process”, you asked in a shaky voice.
“That will be 20$”, she paused for a moment, “oh that’s right, you can’t pay that”, she started laughing, hiding her mouth with her hand.
You bowed down your head, she obviously have no interest in helping you, she just wants a slave for herself.
“Let’s make a deal, I’ll pay you 1$ for every month serving me, so after 20 months you’ll be able to make that phone call, ok?”
You quickly nodded, she smiled.
“Good, you can start right away”, she picked you up and placed you on the floor, she was barefoot, you noticed that there were already 3 shrunken guys kissing her feet, you sighed and joined them.
—————
At her home, you noticed she’s having a whole collection of slaves from all around the world, all are probably poor victims of the city’s giantess prostitutes, you wondered if she offered them all the same deal, but she kept you all in separate cages making sure you can’t talk to each other.
The only time you saw 2 slaves talking in front of her feet ended up with them being crushed brutally by her foot, after you saw that - you never spoke again in your life.
You had no idea if 20 months had passed or not, but you didn't dare to ask or speak to her, and she never spoke to you other than simple commands to lick her feet or eat her dead skin.
She never intended to free you or any other slave, it just amused her to leave you with a glimpse of hope, it made slaves work harder, and it worked on you as well.

Unlike you, most visitors knew to settle a price and duration in advance, avoiding such awful cases.
But the shrinking center employees didn’t care enough to warn customers, nor the government, it’s just more money flowing into the Netherlands with taxes.
That’s the thing about making these things legal, it just means the government is getting something out of it, but the abuse and slavery ain’t going anywhere.
