Choosing a Caretaker - Epilogue (Patreon Exclusive)
🕑 Added 2022-11-28 08:00:05 +0000 UTCTo say your life were hell would be an understatement.
Lucy and Jessie tortured you every day, you had to lick their feet after work, it usually got Jessie horny so they made out afterwards, sometimes even going to bed with you to have sex while you were tied to their feet, having to lick every drop of forming foot sweat.
In the first year you kept begging Lucy for mercy, tried to remind her what good friends you were when she and her mom joined the family, at least for a few months before the big fight, but you figured that any attempt to beg her just caused her to be more cruel so you stopped begging.
When they weren’t home you were tied up from both hands to chains, a tiny tap of bottle they grind over their feet (usually Jessie) before putting on shoes was placed in front of you, it had some foot sweat, dirt and grime inside, and that was your food every day as you waited to be released and enslaved all over again.
You hoped that Jessie would stop getting turned on by this, every time Lucy even just squeezed your head with her toes she moaned loudly, but on the other side you were scared of that day, what will happen when they stop enjoying you? Lucy will never keep you alive.
So in time you did your best to satisfy them, faking moans of pain, exaggerating your suffering, you even started begging Jessie for help just because you knew it turns her on.
You tried to be the best toy you can for both of them, and it worked, you even heard them talking one day in the living room while you licked Jessie’s feet that the fact they have you improve their relationship, and the money they get from the government for “taking care” of you is actually really helpful.
But all that was years ago, it’s already been 13 years since you chose Jessie to be your caretaker, in the last months you felt like they lost interest in you, they didn’t enjoy much your foot licking but they kept doing it just to feed you, there were days they forgot to leave you with food.
In time it felt like Lucy mostly ignored you, and the only one who kept “feeding” you was Jessie, she also stopped getting aroused by your suffering and Lucy’s torments, you really tried to satisfy them but it looks like they both just didn’t care anymore.
“Lucy, can we talk for a second?” Jessie told Lucy one evening while you were licking her feet.
“Hmm?” Lucy replied while browsing her phone with a bored face.
“It’s about the toy”, that’s how they referred to you, “he’s boring me, and I’m tired of taking care of him”
Lucy giggled, “but you are getting paid to do that, that’s the whole caretaking idea”.
“Who says we actually need to take care of him? It’s been so long no one even visited us to check on him, practically speaking I could throw him in the toilet the day he arrived and still get paid”, Jessie explained and you started shivering in fear, trying to lick harder and faster just to calm her down.
Lucy placed her phone aside and looked at Jessie, “I don’t understand, what do you suggest?” She asked.
“I want to crush him”, she squeezed her toes, “I think it’s a suitable ending for his miserable life”, she said bluntly, not even giggling, a serious tone that froze you in terror.
“Out of the question”, Lucy replied, “he was my step brother so if anyone will squish him like a bug it should be me”.
“Ok then”, Jessie raised her foot and pushed you back with her toes, you quickly crawled back and kissed her foot miserably.
“Lol but I don’t want to do that, I love the way it is, it gives me joy to know that’s his life”, she replied and sighed with a smile.
Jessie kicked you again, pushing you further back this time, “so you take care of him, I’m tired of it”, Jessie replied with anger and got up, “we both didn’t want to have kids because we don’t want to care of anyone else, but I need to feed this stupid toy every day”, she mumbled to herself and went to shower.
You remained seated on the table, caressing your head because of getting hit when she kicked you away.
“Ok Jessie, use cold water because it looks like you need to chill”, Lucy replied loudly, then took a look at you with contempt, she sighed and kicked her flip flop out and placed her foot on the table, then got back to browse her phone.
You quickly ran to her foot, then got on your knees and started kissing it in gratitude, then climbing to lick between her toes since you knew it’s something she used to love, eating the dense grime and foot sweat.
She playfully squeezed you with her toes while browsing.
“Tell me, if I allowed her to crush you, wouldn’t you be happier?” She suddenly asked and raised her head from the phone.
You pulled your head out from between her toes, looking at her, she didn’t talk to you in years, you shook your head to answer her question.
“Hmm”, she replied in disappointment, “so you got used to your miserable life as well”, she pondered to herself.
It panicked you, “L-Lucy please, I-“ you started talking but her toes squeezed your head hard, causing you to quiver and squirm, trying to pull yourself out.
“How dare you speak to me? Pathetic worm, have you forgotten your place?” She asked in anger, then released her grip causing you to fall all the way down from her toes, hitting your back hard, you cried and started wiping your face from her toe jam.
She scoffed and lowered her foot back inside her flip flop, then got up and left for bedroom.
You remained on the table for the night, not even tied up this time, you were getting worried, they never talked about killing you like this before.

Lucy left for work, ignoring you, then Jessie woke up 2 hours after her and made herself coffee, she looked at you and sighed.
“She didn’t tie you up and not even left you food, what a joke”, she got closer and then just sipped from her coffee, you got on your knees and bowed down to her, trying to beg for food of any kind, even just to lick her feet.
“I don’t care, just starve to death already, Lucy has no idea what it takes to keep you alive”, she replied coldly and continued drinking her morning coffee, you started crying miserably on the table while she also left for work.
——————
When Lucy got home she looked at you with bored face, then sighed and placed her foot on the table while still standing, you ran to it and started pushing your head between her toes, looking for anything you can eat, you swallowed some grime but perhaps after 2-3 minutes she placed her foot back down.
She sighed again and started walking to the shower, you got on all fours and started licking the wooden surface of the table from debris and foot sweat her foot left there, just trying to somehow survive.
Jessie saw it and giggled, “you realize he will starve to death right?” She asked playfully.
“Whatever”, Lucy replied.
“Ah, now that YOU need to take care of him, suddenly you don’t care anymore”, she accused her.
“Jess I had a rough day, leave me alone, you want to crush him? Ok just do that”, she replied impatiently.
You ran and hid behind a glass, shaking in fear.
“What happened?” Jessie asked in a worried tone, then got up and went to her, you were so relieved she’s not just crushing you.
Lucy complained about something that happened at work, some nemesis colleague got her promotion, Jessie comforted her and they went to the bedroom together.
After a while, you heard moans, they were making out after a long time of cold relationship.
“Are we really doing this???” Jessie shrieked, you couldn’t hear anything else, you went to the edge of the table trying to hear what they are talking on but then Jessie’s naked figure went out of the room, she playfully leaped towards you, you got panicked and tried to run but she snatched you effortlessly, “oh god I’ve been waiting for this for so long”, she ran back to the bedroom and sat down, Lucy was also there, naked and sweating, there were some sex toys thrown over the bed.
“Are you sure?” Jessie asked Lucy.
“Yes, just do it”, Lucy purred.
You looked around in panic, looking for the chained toe ring on Lucy’s foot but it wasn’t there, you hoped it’s just another time they want you to lick their feet after sex but it didn’t feel like it, it was something else.
Jessie’s mouth got closer to you, she used her teeth to rip off your shirt, “wait! Please! What’s going on!” You screamed in fear and they both just giggled.
Jessie spit out your shirt and then got closer again, you shrieked in fear as her teeth closed on your pants and pulled them off, making them fall over the bed as well.
“Mmm…” Jessie moaned looking at you, it didn’t happen in years, then she closed her lips over your lower body, sucking on it, you felt her tongue over your legs, she sucked hard and slowly pulled your underwear off.
It actually felt amazingly good, you stopped squirming and moaned, Lucy started giggling again, “he’s enjoying it!” She exclaimed.
“Mmm..” Jessie closed her eyes and slowly got you out of her mouth, then spit out your underwear, she opened her eyes and saw your boner, “see? I told you he had a crush on me”, she said with a giggle.
She got her tongue out and started licking your crotch, intensifying your boner a bit, you moaned again, you have no idea what’s happening but that’s the best feeling you had in your life.
When you opened your eyes you saw Jessie was holding a dildo, she brutally pushed your back to its edge and strapped you there.
She giggled, your boner was just extending the dildo by a tiny bit, it was painful and not comfortable.
“Wait! What are you doing! Please!!! Please no!!!” You screamed and begged but they just giggled, Jessie brought the dildo closer to Lucy’s crotch and she opened her legs, you closed your eyes in fear, shouting and screaming in panic, but it didn’t help, she pushed you in.
You squirmed as she kept humping her wife using the dildo with you on the edge, after a few seconds you got released from the rubber, somewhere inside of Lucy, you desperately tried to crawl outside but the dildo kept pushing you in over and over again.
It was a short struggle, you heard muffled loud moans from outside as you slowly lost consciousness and died inside of Lucy.
You ended up fulfilling some sick fantasy Jessie had, you couldn’t be more wrong to choose her as a caretaker, after more than 13 years of endless torment and slavery, this is how you met your pathetic end, pleasuring them one last time.
