No Divorce
🕑 Added 2022-11-23 07:59:01 +0000 UTCYour marriage wasn’t great, you and your wife made about the same salary, you had no kids, your relationship got cold and you both somewhat lost interest in one another.
Your only asset was your home, the one you got as inheritance from your parents, and sometimes you felt like that’s the only thing that stops Monica from divorcing you.
Few years into that depressing reality, you met a good looking young woman on a bus, you started talking and shared some stories, before she got off the bus you asked for her number, but then she shook her head and said “sorry, you seem like a very nice guy but I’m not dating married men”, she noticed your ring, you immediately took it off in frustration as she took off the bus.
That’s when you realized that you must have a divorce already, and every day that you are stuck like this is a wasted day.
You went to a lawyer and made a divorce proposal, when you came home Monica was sitting and watching TV, eating the dinner she made for herself.
“Monica?”
“Hmm”
“Here”, you handed over the letter.
“What’s that”
“I’m sorry, I want a divorce”, you said and bowed your head
She gulped whatever was in her mouth, “You what?”
“A divorce, I’m sorry, I’m not happy in this marriage and I think we should break up”
She started looking over the paper, the room was silent except the TV still running, you were tense, waiting to hear her response.
“You want the house??? HA, you can forget about it!” She scrambled the paper and threw it away.
“What??? Monica, my parents owned this house! Of course I should have it!”
“Not going to happen, you want a divorce? so just leave everything to me, otherwise - I’m going to destroy you”
“Destroy me?!” You raised your voice.
“Yes, if you try and get it to court - I promise you that you will be sorry you ever met me”, she threatened.
“Wow”, you said and paused, “you know what Monica? Fuck you, now I’m going to sue much more than this house”, you went to the room and started packing your stuff, Monica just sat back and continued watching TV while eating.
You left the house and went to a motel, then called your lawyer and you started planning a grand divorce case.
—------------------------
It’s been a few months and the first discussion was taking place at court, you were so relieved to find out there’s a male judge with a history of making good verdicts towards husbands, you sat and waited and then Monica stepped in with a short blonde lawyer, they took the seats in front of you.
“So you two wants to divorce, and there’s no way to settle here?”
“Yes your honor, there’s no way we will stay together”, you said, your lawyer gestured to you not to talk out of turn.
“Your honor, my client does not wish to divorce, in fact - she is very worried about her husband”, Monica’s lawyer said.
“What’s that? worried about me? She said she will destroy me, if I recall correctly”.
“My client has never said such a thing”, she said in confidence, “as you can see your honor, Harvey is highly delusional, he’s having a twisted grasp of reality, my client fears it’s some kind of dementia and she can prove it”.
You opened your eyes in surprise, you noticed a very small smirk on Monica’s face.
“What is the meaning of this? my client is mentally healthy”, your lawyer turned to the judge, “your honor, they are trying to disgrace my client and make him incapable of filing for divorce, this is unacceptable!”
“Please calm down John, as a judge I need to listen to what they have to say”.
John turned his head to Monica’s lawyer, “Clementine! Is this your strategy? You always did whatever you could to win a case, but this is just crazy”
Clementine remained calm, she turned to the judge, “your honor, as you can see they are desperately trying to cover this”, she slid over a page to the judge.
“What is that? we haven’t been informed of this evidence”
The judge ignored your lawyer and read the page.
“John and Harvey”, he started talking, “this is a medical observation claiming that Harvey has suicidal thoughts, disturbing dimentia and he’s dangerous being free”, he raised his glasses to his head and rubbed his eyes.
“All lies, your honor, none of it is true!” You shouted
The judge sighed, “I understand, we won’t be able to close an agreement today, I ask both parties to get ready for a court, in a month from now”, then he looked over Monica side, “Clementine - you want to prove this man is incapable of living by himself, you’ll need more than a random doctor’s opinion, this man looks just fine to me”, he pointed a finger at them both, Clementine gulped and nodded, then she hit Monica with her foot, who also nodded.
You got up and went out all mad, you sat outside frustrated, then Monica and her lawyer passed by, “what are you trying to do? Why?”
Monica stopped and watched you with a demeaning look from above, “because you are too pathetic to get a divorce, you will stay with me forever, and this time it will be as it should have been in the first place”, you wanted to respond but Clementine pulled her away and she just walked out.

You and your lawyer worked on collecting proofs of your sanity, you talked with friends at work to testify in your favour, eventually everything seemed to be ok, you were also relieved when you saw that the judge was somewhat on your side.
Judgment day arrived, you and your lawyer went to court and sat at your places, after a while Monica and Clementine arrived as well, they sat down all smiling and giggling, it frustrated and annoyed you.
Then your jaw dropped when a young woman with judge clothes entered the room and sat in the judge seat.
“What the hell is this?!” You whispered to your lawyer.
“Fuck, I don’t know, this is bad”, he replied with a worried face, you gulped in fear, then looked at Monica, she was staring at you with a mischievous evil smile.
“I will replace judge Matthew for this court”, the young woman said, “he is on a vacation and I’ve been summoned to make a decision here”.
Your lawyer bent to your ear, “this judge is Simaya, she’s known to always go 100% in benefit of the wife, this is really bad”
You blushed and looked at him, “how did it happen? What should I do now?!”
“Quiet in the hall!” *THUD THUD THUD*
Simaya exclaimed and hit with her wooden hammer.
“I’ve read over the file and I think this case is pretty straightforward, mentally unstable husband is trying to divorce his victimized wife.
Clementine, am I correct?”
“Yes your hon-“
“No!!” You shouted, “I’m not crazy! I just want to divorce her! Is that too much to ask?!” You snapped.
*THUD THUD THUD*
Monica released a giggle and covered her mouth quickly.
“You are just proving their point”, Simaya said, “let’s make it short, I have a verdict”
You blushed all red and started sweating, looking at your lawyer who just bowed his head down and did nothing, “what am I paying you for?… help me!” You whispered to him but he just shook his head, “I’m sorry, there’s nothing I or you can do about it, it’s over”.
“There will be no divorce, you will stay home under the care of your loving wife, you should be thankful your wife cares so much about you and wouldn’t want you to hurt yourself”, Simaya started explaining the verdict.
“Y..your honor, she doesn’t love me, she just wants the hou-“ *THUD THUD THUD*
“In order to make it easier for Monica to take care of you without completely shutting down her life for that, I’ve also decided that Harvey will go through a shrinking process and be given to Monica as property”
“WHAT?!” You snapped and stood up, “this is outrageous! You can’t do this to me!”
Monica placed both hands on her mouth, biting her lips, fighting the urge to burst into laughter.
“Please, take him to the shrinking room”, Simaya gestured to the security, “let’s not waste more time on this redundant case and move on to something more interesting”.
“Thank you, your honor, for being efficient”, Clementine told the judge with a smile.
“Clementine, as a lawyer with shrunken custody experience, please guide Monica on how to take care properly of a tiny man”
Security personnel approached and started taking you away, you tried to fight them, pushed one of them over “NO!! How can you take part in this?! Can’t you see what’s happening here!” but no one listened, they used a taser to sedate you and you lost consciousness.

*TAP TAP*
Sounds of hits on glass, very loud.
You woke up and held your head, trying to remember what happened.
“Good morning Harvey”, a very loud voice boomed your surroundings, it was so strong that you felt it inside your chest, you raised your head and saw Monica’s face, it was enormous, behind a screen of glass, you stood up and looked around you, you were inside of an aquarium, you also noticed Clementine, sitting on a couch, she was without the makeup and formal attire, just sitting and relaxing in casual clothes.
“You slept very well, it’s already late evening”, Monica explained.
You gulped and stared at her, you were a bug compared to her now, you couldn’t do anything, and you knew that your survival is only up to her now, she’s the one who should feed you.
“Ok good, place him on the floor, let’s teach your husbands some manners”, Clementine told her, Monica sent her hand into the aquarium with a big smile, you tried to run but you were stuck in a corner and she easily scooped you up, your heart beat quickly inside her hand, the smell of her skin was so strong when you are that size.
She walked a few steps in the living room and placed you on the floor, then Clementine came and stood in front of you, you were shaking in fear, she sat with her shoes in front of you, you looked at the vast endless soles in fear.
“Ok Harvey, you are not a human being anymore, you are Monica’s property, protesting will only make your situation worse”
You nodded, still shaking.
“And just like every object in Monica’s position, she can do whatever she wants with you, even throw you to the garbage and no one will care”
Tears started filling your eyes. You looked backward at Monica, she was towering above you, she was barefoot, you looked up, she was staring at you with a viscous smile.
“Now, if you want her to feed you and take care of you, there’s just one thing you need to do”, Clementine said with a smile and then pulled her leg back and removed her shoe, she didn’t have socks, “you’ll have to lick her feet for the rest of your life”
Monica started laughing.
You immediately fell to your knees in front of Clementine, “no, no please! Don’t do this to me! Help me! Don’t leave me here with her!”
Clementine slowly reached her foot in front of your face, it was dirty, sweaty, and the smell was simply overwhelming.
“Tongue out”, she ordered and ignored your pleadings.
“Please, please no!”
Then you were pushed into Clementine’s sole, it was Monica’s foot, she smeared your face into Clementine’s foot sweat.
“She told you to lick, so lick”, her voice boomed from above.
With no other choice, you got your tongue out and started licking, swallowing the putrid sweat helplessly, they both started laughing.
“See? I told you, husbands are pathetic that’s why I’ll never get married”, Clementine said while laughing.
“It’s not that bad, I got this amazing house after all”
“Hmm, yeah, I guess”
You cried and licked, not believing that just by trying to divorce your wife everything escalated so quickly to that.
“Ok, I want him too! My feet are tickling, can’t wait to feel his tiny tongue”, Monica sat down too.
“Haha you’ll have the rest of his life to use him as you please”, Clementine said and pushed you back using her foot, you fell on your back and saw Monica’s foot towering above you.
“On your knees pathetic little man, my feet are also sweaty and in need of licking”, Monica purred in joy, you obeyed, slowly got up on your knees and started licking her foot miserably.
“Ah.. it feels great, thank you so much Clementine, buying vacation tickets for that stupid judge was such a brilliant idea”
“I told you, Simaya is amazing, I win every case with her”
While licking Monica’s foot, you were suddenly being pressed from behind by Clementine’s sweaty foot, she twisted it and smeared you, smashing you between the 2 soles, they both giggled feeling you squirming.
“It feels so good”, Monica said.
“By the way, don’t feed him with anything, let him live on your foot, sweat and dead skin alone”, Clementine said, then she released her grip and you fell on your back, soaked in both Clementine’s and Monica’s foot sweat.
“What??? But will he survive that way?” Monica giggled.
“I’m telling you from experience, someone lived off my foot sweat for almost 5 years”
Monica bent closer to you, “did you hear it Harvey? You’ll feed off my feet from now on, isn’t that great? You are finally living the life you deserve”
You looked at her, soaked in her foot sweat, you knew that there’s simply nothing to do anymore, you lost, you’ll never get to divorce her and you’ll spend the rest of your life as her little play thing while she moves on with her life.
