Job Interview
🕑 Added 2022-12-04 07:59:01 +0000 UTCYou were one of the unlucky ones, those who not only caught the shrinking virus, but the cure had no effect on them as well, so until humanity comes up with a better cure, you are destined to continue your life as a shrunken man.
Lucky for you, Canada wasn’t like other countries, it actually cared for its citizens - shrunken or not, and even though it wasn’t popular, they made laws and rules to protect shrunken men as much as they could.
There were great shelters for your kind, and you could stay there for free for a while.
After 5 years living like that, the government changed and they decided that the shelters are too expensive to operate, and the people of the country voted against it, stuck as a tiny? Pay for it, it shouldn’t get deducted from our taxes.
You were able to use your savings to stay there further, the problem was - your money can’t last forever, you needed to find a way to pay for it otherwise you’ll end up tiny in the streets.
At first - you tried looking for a decent job but everyone kept laughing in your face, it seems like the only jobs available for shrunken men were foot treating, being used as jewelry, being used as a pet and other degrading stuff you weren’t prepared to do.
You were about to give up on your search but then an amazing thing happened - the government now made a new law that every company could employ shrunken men in order to get special tax privileges.
You had a software engineer degree, you knew you can be useful, you emailed your resume to many hi-tech companies and finally got summoned to an interview for a very big and serious corporate, you knew you can’t mess it up, you bought a special suit for the occasion and shipped yourself with a carrier for the interview.

At the lobby, a kind employee greeted you.
“Hi there!” She said excitedly and waved.
You smiled and waved back, it’s been a while since you interacted with a normal sized person.
“I’m Ashley, Mrs.Stevens will interview you in a moment, if it’s ok - I’ll take you to her”.
“Of course Ashley, thank you”, you said from the aquarium, your heart beated fast and you were a bit nervous regarding the upcoming interview, she reached her hand inside and you climbed on it.
She went to one of the offices and knocked on the door.
“Yes?” A feminine voice said from inside.
“Hi, mrs.Stevens? The candidate is here for an interview”
“The shrinky? Come in” she said, ‘shrinky’ was a bit rude and not a polite way to refer to your kind.
She opened the door and went inside, “yes, here he is”, she held you in front of her, Mrs.Stevens made a satisfied smile.
“Thanks Ashley, please place it on my desk, you are free to go”, Ashley placed you down, you’ve never been referred to as ‘it’ before, it was extremely humiliating.
Ashley left the room and closed the door behind her, Mrs.Stevens got a notebook from her drawer and held it together with a pen, you waited for her to say something but she remained quiet.
“Hi”, you broke the silence.
“Hmm”, she responded and removed her glasses, placing them on the desk next to you.
“Bill?” She asked.
“Y-Yes, that’s my name”, you replied nervously.
“Hmm”, she nodded and wrote something down, then sighed, “Bill, I’ve been checking your resume, I’ll admit it was impressive until your… virus situation”, she stated and looked at you.
“I understand how it might seem, but I have a software engineering degree, I have a very impressive projects to show my worth, I’m sure I can make impact here”
“Hmm Hmm”, she nodded and wrote down, then sighed a little, suddenly her foot popped on the table while she wrote down, she made a struggling face.
“I.. uh..” it confused you, you lost your line of thought, the smell was terrible, overwhelming, you’ve never been so close to a normal sized woman’s foot before.
“You were saying?” She asked and raised her eyes from the notebook.
You looked at her foot and gulped, it was so huge compared to you, “I.. about the impact…” you stuttered, trying to find the words back.
“Sorry, my feet are a bit sore, I hope it’s ok with you”, she scrunched her toes, causing some debris and lints to fall down on the desk, you gulped again, the smell was just getting worse.
“Yeah, it’s ok, sorry”, you mumbled, “I tried to say that I’m sure my skills will benef-“
“Yeah, sorry Bill, I can’t see you as part of our workforce”, she said casually then used her pen to scratch her sole in front of you, her face was indifferent.
“Please mrs, I’m highly motivated, you called me for an interview, why not give me a chance?” You tried desperately to continue the interview.
“I’m sorry, calling you to an interview was an honest mistake, I take it on me”, she paused to take a yawn, not even covering her mouth, “I mean, look at you”, she smiled, “I don’t mean to offend, but even my foot is maybe 4 times your size”, she giggled and brought her foot closer, you felt pathetic, you bowed your head down and sniffed.
You started coughing as the horrible smell of her foot got closer, it made her giggles continue, but she finally placed a hand over her mouth and stopped herself, “sorry”, she mumbled, “it was mean”, she got her foot away from you, but it was still on the table.
“Look, I’ll summarize the interview, but in general even with those tax benefits it doesn’t make much sense to hire you, you think you can use a normal keyboard like that?”
“Yes!” You shouted between coughs, slowly catching your breath back, “I can do that, I swear, give me the job and you won’t regret it”.
She made a confused face, “you are motivated, I’ll give you that”, she played with the pen in her hand, she was considering it, now is your chance to convince her.
“Mrs, I’ll do anything, I really need this job”
“Hmm”, she paused, thinking for a moment, “anything?” She said and stared at her foot.
“Yes, I finished my degree with distinction, I won several priz-“
“Why don’t you show my foot how bad you want this job?” She tapped her sole with her pen.
“Y-Your foot?” You stuttered, looking at her and then at her foot.
“Well, you said you would do anything”, she teased, “but it’s ok, if you don’t want this job…”
“No! Ok, I’ll… I’ll do it, just tell me what you want me to do”, you looked at her foot, it was sweaty and the smell was horrible, you weren’t sure what she meant.
“A kiss, perhaps”, she suggested, pointing with the pen at a dead skin cluster at the ball of her foot.
“I.. uh.. ok..” you slowly approached her foot, she was looking at you with anticipation, the smell got worse with every step you took, tears started accumulating in your eyes, it’s degrading but if it gets you the job it will be worth it.
You were just in front of the ball of her foot, your mouth went dry, you just stood and stared at it.
“Well? Go on”, she said with a smile.
You closed your eyes and bent closer to her skin, you gave it a quick kiss and pulled your head back, coughing miserably, some of her foot sweat got on your lips and nose, you used your hand to wipe it off.
“Well that’s not a real kiss, is it? I guess you are not as motivated as you said”, she started giggling playfully.
You closed your eyes again, “fuck it”, you said to yourself and pushed you face back, smearing it on her disgusting repulsive sweat, you’ve never kissed like that before, you used your tongue and licked her sweaty dead skin, eventually pulling your head back and gulping the vile sweat that was in your mouth, immediately after that you fell over your knees and started coughing loudly, trying to puke away the disgusting sweat, but it was too sticky to cough out.
She covered her open mouth smile with her hand, “oh wow, you actually did it”, she said quietly, then ripped off a page from her notebook and threw it away, she started writing from scratch.
Once you finally adjusted your breath, you stood up and looked at her writing, “mrs, will I get the job now?” You asked with a shaken voice.
“Lick”, she said then pointed with her pen at her foot, still looking at her notebook, then went back to writing, it was an order this time, she didn’t ask you to do that, she commanded you to.
You closed your eyes and tears started pouring down, you’ve never been so humiliated in your life, but you already kissed that repulsive sole, you can lick it.
You placed your hands on her sole and started licking, swallowing her foot sweat, letting her write the interview summary, hoping it will get you more points.
“Hmm”, she hummed in satisfaction, then placed her toes in front of you, she used a finger and the pen to spread the gap between her big and second toe, there was some densed grime stuck between them, “eat it”, she said, looking at you with a firm look.
“Mrs, please, I just want to work here”, you sobbed.
“Eat”, she said again, like she gives a command to a dog, you sighed in despair and got on all fours, crawling between her toes and biting off the disgusting grime, you started chewing it slowly, it was too disgusting to swallow, with every chew putrid fluids filled your mouth and slid inside your throat, you felt like you’re about to pass out.
“Swallow, now!” She commanded, tapping with her pan over your head, you immediately obeyed and strained to gulp, it was horrible, you felt it burning inside your stomach and then coughed and cried still on all fours between her toes.
“Good boy”, she said in satisfaction.
“You are hired”, she stated with a huge smile on her face, then closed her notebook.
It took you maybe 10 seconds but when you finally got hold on yourself you raised your head and looked at her, “really? Thank you so much”, you said in a sore voice, still feeling her gravy sticky sweat in your throat.
“Yes, but not in R&D, you are my personal assistant now, affected immediately”
“P-Personal assistant?”
“Yes, let me read you the contract”, she opened her notebook, then coughed her throat a little:
“Minimum wage, you are to be with me 24/7, including holidays, every day of the year.
You have no vacation days, you can't call off sick, and you will do everything I tell you to”, she explained and looked at you.
“N-No, I’ll never sign it, this is madness, I’m an engineer, I’m not a s-s-slave…” you stuttered while crying.
“Fail to obey me, and I have the privilege to exterminate you”, she said in a strict authoritative tone.
You opened your eyes in fear and gulped, how is this even legal, the world has changed drastically while you were in that shelter.
She had a very arrogant smug now, not only she has a legal slave now, she also got her company tax benefits.
“For the time being, until your contract ends, your salaries will be transferred to me as your owner”, you didn’t know how to respond, you just slowly nodded in shock.
She placed her notebook in front of you, the contract was handwritten there, you couldn’t even read it, and it looked much longer than she verbally explained.
“Wait, for how long is this contract?”, you asked in fear.
“Your signature”, she said, ignoring your question, “but you are too small to hold the pen so let me sign it for you”, she giggled and sketched at the bottom of the contract.
You just saw it happen, standing there frozen in terror, waiting for an answer for your question, then she closed the notebook and threw it inside a drawer.
“Congratulations shrinky, you finally found yourself a decent job, now how about a good, thorough cleanup between my toes? You are probably hungry” Before you could even respond she picked you up and placed you on the floor, she removed her other foot from her heel and placed both of them in front of you, you were shaking, slowly digesting the fact that you got legally kidnapped and enslaved.
“Remember, fail to obey me and I’ll squish you like a bug”, she hovered her foot above you, it was massive and huge, she could crush you in a matter of seconds without making any effort, you just got on your knees and nodded, you have no choice now.
She placed her foot back and you quickly crawled and shoved your head between her toes, biting off disgusting grime.
She let out a satisfied sigh, “excellent”, she mumbled to herself, then went on with her day while you were there tending to her feet.
It’s not just your job, it’s your life now.
