WE have no idea what Leora was talking about - the way it read to me brought to mind the idea it was Spoils Of War from a conquered location, like a city/village/etc. I was going to make a comment about the creation of a Running Gag… but then the thought popped into my head that they’re like Metal Slimes, albeit hard to kill because of how agile they are rather than having extremely potent defenses. (They can be dangerous if they manage to slip past your defenses, a face mask are a requirement to fight them safely & neck guard is also highly recommended, when hunting them) For a Brick Joke, perhaps Amy is venting and demolishes a building, sending the component material flying. A while later, a far distance away, a Bad Event is stopped because a brick hits the Boss. We absolutely need a chef dismembering a Boar, and asking the hungry group, while holding up a haunch, “anyone order a Large Ham?!” (I don’t take credit for coming up with either of the jokes, I saw something similar to the Brick one in the MLP loops, and the second one is lifted from “I woke up as a dungeon, now what?”

I think I'll save that for the next gazebo joke. I like this one being a sort of "wait what?" moment, that is funny because we in the audience know that Taylor has absolutely no idea what Leora is talking about. Thank you for the advice!

If that’s true, you may want to add a bit at the end, to emphasize the point. Maybe have Leora make a comment with something along the lines of “it was quite a fearsome fight. Really? Yes, I saw the aftermath.” (I feel like that would be a good fit for the series’s D&D satire humor & frequent use of Bathos)

Joseph Marcia

He did, in fact, kill the Gazebo. Leora is quite proud that her dad killed a gazebo for her. They're fearsome beasts, as everyone within her father's kingdom well knows.

“Slew it when I was a child” - context implies he killed the Gazebo… https://youtu.be/yRc0wBP_0xI?si=Tg-P_8OtLZFYgLy1 https://youtu.be/nLop9wYFOfc?si=RSQy_uNY1IJFKUbT (You may want to clarify the context)

That’s a Maria Campbell of the Astral Clocktower Reference, which is itself a Munchkin reference

Super cute chapter, Taylor is gonna accidentally get a Yandere girlfriend... but hey, Taylor could actually work with that.
