Chapter 140: Yule Ball Pt.1
🕑 Added 2021-02-17 17:33:50 +0000 UTCThe entrance hall was packed with students too, all milling around waiting for eight o'clock, when the doors to the Great Hall would be thrown open. Those people who were meeting partners from different Houses were edging through the crowd trying to find one another.
Harry stood along waiting for the girls to arrive as Dobby had gotten him ready hours ago. He did try to check up on them, but he got the boot, being only told it was a surprise that he needed to patiently wait for.
Fleur Delacour was passing, looking stunning in robes of silver-gray satin, and accompanied by the Ravenclaw Quidditch captain, Roger Davies. The poor fellow was so under her sway that he was like a pup at her heel.
Passing by him, and taking him in, she gave him an unreadable expression before moving on.
Krum was at the front of the party, accompanied by a pretty girl in blue robes Harry didn't know.
Ali was flirting with his date of course. James was all alone more focused on his contraption he was working on, Harry had no idea how he got out of getting a date.
Outside, Harry saw that an area of lawn right in front of the castle had been transformed into a sort of grotto full of fairy lights — meaning hundreds of actual living fairies were sitting in the rosebushes that had been conjured there, and fluttering over the statues of what seemed to be Father Christmas and his reindeer.
Then Professor McGonagall's voice called, "Champions over here, please!" as she lead them to a small room that would house the champions until the ball starts. Professor McGonagall, was wearing dress robes of red tartan and had arranged a wreath of thistles around the brim of her hat, told them to wait on one side of the doors while everyone else went inside; they were to enter the Great Hall in procession when the rest of the students had sat down. Fleur Delacour and Roger Davies stationed themselves nearest the doors; Davies looked so stunned by his good fortune in having Fleur for a partner that he could hardly take his eyes off her. Cedric and Cho Chang come down and stood nearby Professor McGonagall.
It wasn't long before everyone and their partners come down, leaving only Harry standing alone.
"Mr. Potter," Professor McGonagall narrowed her eyes at him, "where is your date for the night?"
"You know girls," Harry shrugged his shoulders as a grin appeared on his face.
"Girls?" Professor McGonagall repeated.
In answer to his question, his dates came down the steps, each of them stood out like a single lone rose in a field of weed. Ali let loose a wolf whistle as they headed over to him.
"You guys are finally here," Harry called out as everyone else stared.
"We needed to finish up with some final touches," Daphne smiled at him.
"We are not late, right," Susan asked.
"No, you are right on time!" Harry answered as he saw how gobsmacked the other champions and their partners were.
"What is the meaning of this," Professor McGonagall asked as she looked between him and all the girls.
"Well, you said to get a partner, but you did not specify how many!"
"Let's go," the old witch said with a weary sight, though Harry could have sworn he saw a glimpse of a smile on her face.
Once everyone else was here in the room, Professor McGonagall told the champions and their partners to get in line in pairs and to follow her. They did so, and everyone in the Great Hall applauded as they entered and started walking up toward a large round table at the top of the Hall, where the judges were sitting.
The walls of the Hall had all been covered in sparkling silver frost, with hundreds of garlands of mistletoe and ivy crossing the starry black ceiling. The House tables had vanished; instead, there
were about a hundred smaller, lantern-lit ones, each seating about a dozen people.
Harry concentrated on not tripping over his feet. Parvati seemed
to be enjoying herself; she was beaming around at everybody, steering Harry so forcefully that he felt as though he were a show dog she was putting through its paces.
Dumbledore smiled happily as the champions approached the top table, with the schoolmasters each having a varying degree of expressions on their faces.
Ludo Bagman, tonight was in robes of bright purple with large yellow stars, was clapping as enthusiastically as any of the students; and Madame Maxime, who had changed her usual uniform of black satin for a flowing gown of lavender silk, was applauding them politely. Hagrid stood near her in his Sunday's best, clapping along.
Umbridge on the other hand, he had no idea why she was here as she had on a sour look, especially reserved for him, it was like he somehow killed the woman's parents with the way she was looking at him. He paid her no mine as his attention was on his lovely dates who each looked dazzling in turn.
When the champions and their partners reached the table, Dumbledore got up and gave his usual spew. Harry really wasn't listening as he made the time to comment on the girls' dresses.
At the ball it seemed there was no glittering golden, but small menus were lying in front of each of them. Harry guessed that the Professors did not want any food fight happening like last time, picking up the menu, Harry made his orders to menu as his choices quickly appeared before him.
Regardless, Harry hardly seemed to notice what he was eating as he was deep in talk with the girls. He did notice some one giving him a pointed stare through the dinner, one named Catherine, her royal highness. She still looked miffed that he was the one who had come on top and not her, breaking her rightful supremacy as she saw it.
Hover Harry's attention was almost entirely on his date as the night progressed and couldn't care less what she thought of him.
As the dinner progressed, Harry noticed something weird. When the main course menu was served, he noticed his attention was shifting towards Fleur from time to time for no reason, watching the way she pressed the wine glass on her red lips, or the way her delicate wrists showed whenever she reached for a plate.
He frowned, finding it a little weird that he suddenly started to pay a little too much attention to her. While thinking about it, he was able to notice a slight pull from her, trying to pull Harry's attention on herself. For a second, Harry considered whether it was accidental, but her self-satisfied expression was more than enough to change his mind. A sweeping gaze later, he noticed the other females on the table was acutely aware of it too, if the frowns etched on their faces were any indicator.
He heard Fay uttered under her breath, "That fucking french slut!"
"Tell me about it," Lavender muttered as she stared daggers.
Grinning to himself, it would seem that some was very jealous about being left out as Fleur only turned glances to him to see if he was rapture with her.
Harry didn't let her have the win as he focused his full attention back to his dates, leaving Fleur out of his view range. The girls were very glad to see that they had his undivided attention, with no distraction to a certain someone, some where a little surprised at first while others took it as a fact of matter, but nevertheless when they saw that their date was entirely focused on them, their radiant smile returned, getting back to the chats with a renewed vigor.
The others were having that much luck as their male dates where gone to lala land, some with drools on their lips and others insensed. A Veela allure was indeed a very powerful tool.
A few minutes later, he felt the draw of the allure getting significantly heavier, the other male occupants of the table abandoning all the pretense of discretion, gazing openly at Fleur's near perfect beauty, making their dates' even angrier. For Harry, the situation was different, as he found it easy to ward off the stimulus.
Then, he noticed another interesting detail. The other females on the table were blushed, but their angry expression slowly changed, replacing with an uncomfortable one as they started to squirm in their seats a little. Harry smiled as he realized the reason. Apparently, in the high blast, allure could also affect the females.
Harry wasn't one to lose such an opportunity as he slipped a hand under the table, gently landing on Susan's upper thighs. She was the one seated right next to him and there was a blush on her face thanks to the influencing allure.
"What's wrong," Harry asked in a mirthful tone. At their table, reserved for the champions, it was practically hidden by heavy cloths and glittering decorations, which provide the perfect amount of privacy that he needed to do what he had in mind.
Susan's blush intensifying, but she made no attempt to acknowledge his hand there. Seeing the implicit approval, he started to caress her toned legs. Her blush flared even more as his hands surveyed her body, slowly climbing upwards.
"So, how was your evening so far?" he asked as his fingers come very close to her holy inner sanctum.
"Perfect," she murmured, a bit distracted by the hand moving under the table. "I can't imagine a better night..."
"Really, you look a bit hot and bothered" he pointed out, even though he was the one making her hot and bothered. His fingers slipped from his thigh and landed on her wet pussy, her eyes widening in surprise in response to his daring move.
"Yo-... you..." Susan tried to say as she bit her lips.
However, she was interpreted by a deep gasp, this coming from the person on his right, Cho Chang. She was looking at them, a mortified expression on her face as she gazed at them, her mouth open in disbelief. It didn't take a genius to realize that she noticed what was going under the table, at least the gist of it.
Instead of becoming panicky or pulling away like a normal person would have done, feeling ashamed in being caught, Harry on the other hand approach the problem from a different angle. He let his gaze met with Cho Chang, letting his smile widen a little after he managed to catch her gaze.
For a moment, Cho's expression was indignant, clearly expecting Harry to blush and stammer like anyone would have caught in such a situation. Finding only a self-assured satisfaction in his eyes, she slowly started to blush as she suddenly lost any control of the situation. She looked like a deer in headlights, not knowing how to react or what to do.
Feeling a lot more daring, he kept his eyes on Cho as his fingers slowly caressed the surface of Susan's slit, making her squirm in her seat as pleasure slowly started to rear its head. He could feel Susan's increased heartbeat on his skin. Then, plastering a small, neutral smile on his face, he turned his attention back to Cho, aiming for some small-talk.
"Is your date alright?" Harry asked her.
The other males on the table were all looking at Fleur with their best impression of goldfish, Roger especially was drooling a little. While Cedric, Cho's date was inrapture with Fleur too far gone to notice his girlfriend was in serious danger from a vicious predator.
The other girls were giving Fleur angry stares from time to time, but couldn't look at her too long before a blush crept up their faces. Fleur was looking at him angrily from time to time, but otherwise sitting still, her attention mostly on her food. His dates were cathing with themselves except Daphne who was looking at him with a knowing smile.
That left Cho, the redness of her face indicating she was aware of what was going on under the table. Harry flared a little smile towards her, letting his fingers slip inside Susan snatch for the first time, her hotness enveloping his skin. She gasped loudly, not expecting the sudden penetration, but quickly tried to cover it up with a bite of her food.
"You... you..." Cho stammered to embarrassed to say anything really. After all, what could you say to someone as shameless as him.
Harry decided to follow up with a move even more daring. He pushed his leg forward a little, slowly rubbing to Cho's calf. He saw her jerk in surprise. Then she turned towards her partner, hoping to spur him into action. "Cedric," she said, only to get no response. She reached towards his shoulder, shaking him a little while repeating his name, only to receive a dismissive grunt.
Harry enjoyed watching as the surprise and indignation disappear and transform into anger and a very certain bit of reprisal on her face, and that's when Harry knew he had her. He rubbed on her leg once more, this time knowing he would be getting a very different response from before to his advances — while also leaning in to whisper, "I don't mind taking care of you and giving you the attention you deserve since your date seems to be so preoccupied..."
If Harry was thankful to Fluer for anything, then it was giving him this opening to make his move on this beauty he had his eyes on for so long. He wouldn't deny was very much attracted to Cho as who wouldn't be since she was indeed one of the great beauties of the school.
For this Fluer would be looking forward to a special reward in the future, though he would also need to punish her and put her in her place. Even though Allure had none to little effect on him it was still the effort that counted for trying to mess with him and trying to manipulate him.
He would have to be very creative in finding ways to punish her very severely!
Suddenly Harry felt a hand reach into his robes and come up his manhood. Turning to look at the obvious criminal, Harry raised a single eyebrow as he felt Chohand close around his shaft and used the other to rub the head, causing Harry to take in a sharp breath from the sudden intense stimulation, his manhood jerking in approval.
He saw her lips curl into a smile finally achieving revenge, and a deep blush on her face at what she was doing which could spell disaster if they get caught. But still her hand pumped up and down, her sole attention on getting him off.
Keeping Susan where she was trembling and shivering in turn under his touch, her pleasure filled moans getting harder and harder to suppress. Harry's hand drifted underneath Cho's dress. He watched as a shiver run past Cho's body as his fingers teased her slit.
"You girls alright," Harry asked with a cheeky grin as a loud moan escaped their lips at the same time thanks to his ministrations.
This ball was shaping up to be much better than he imagined.
